On 07/24/21 I purchased Mozilla Firefox VPN service that stopped working on 07/24/21. Without a response for a attempted resolution I had to purchase again the same service on 07/28/21. If Mozzilla company had tech support process that would not have happened even though I attempted to have that processed then. Payment of service not rendered will be found thru IC3 who then will forward that to the FTC. Afterwards if not satisfied with Mozzilla VPN company will leave no option but have this forwarded to the BBB. Without the customer's rights the company has no priveledge in this matter. Mozilla Firefox VPN service can have their tech support person's look at the emails sent from the company on 07/24/21 & 07/28/21. Due to reasoning stemmed from hackers while using Firefox browsers & search engine needs to be adapted with tools that are compatible with IC3 & the FTC. My name is Charles Grant. Hackers created the problem. Do not get things confused with what this means. Reply back with specific info in regards to detailed info that directly needs to be addressed.

Bonjour, Je ne parle pas anglais ni autre langue que le français. I do not understand. Ce VPN me sert à quoi ? Merci pour votre réponse en français sinon, je ne saurai jamais à quoi sert le VPN. Bien à vous. Tana ZI-OU-DOU-WOLFF Envoyé depuis l'application Mail Orange

I've been using Mozilla VPN for a few days now. When I am at home it seems to be working quite well. When I leave home, however, the VPN drops and I have no internet connection unless I specifically turn the VPN off. I am a neophyte when it comes to VPNs. I assumed that the VPN would function whether my internet connection was through Wi-Fi or data. I live in a rural area so when I leave home my internet connection is through data. Is that why I cannot use the VPN away from my house?

I've installed Mozilla VPN on my Pixel 3aXL, it works great on WiFi and is surprisingly fast. My issue is as soon as I leave a WiFi network and use the EE network I'm unable to connect to any websites, use spotify anything online really.

Now I understand the EE don't officially offer support for VPNs but I was wondering what settings I could change that would allow me to use the VPN with EE, at the moment there are no custom settings with the Mozilla VPN app.

This is a long shot but I guessed there might be someone who has run into this problem with either Mozilla VPN & mobile networks.

Thank and here's hoping.

When I attempt to open the Firefox VPN app on Windows 10, I can see the icon (in "off" mode) in my system tray, but the window with the on/off button and settings no longer appears. If I mouse over the icon in the system tray, it disappears.

It does not, however, disappear from the Task Manager, where it shows that it is it still running (at 0% CPU usage).

Is there something I'm missing? This didn't happen when I first installed the app. I've tried reinstalling a few times, and now this just seems to be the new normal.

Use the app on Android with no problems on the same account.

Just installed the VPN for my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, and had to immediately turn it off because with it on, I can no longer use mobile apps for the many networked audio and video devices around my home. A couple of examples: the Roon music server app for my NAS drive cannot find the Roon core server running on my desktop PC, and the control apps for my home theater receiver can't find the receiver on the network. Turning the VPN off resolves this issue.

There doesn't seem to be any options in the VPN app itself to address issues like this. Is there something I can do in my router settings, perhaps, to allow the VPN to function when sending and receiving requests from the Internet, but allows traffic on my LAN to pass between devices unhindered?
