Greetings: I purchased your VPN app less than an hour ago by mistake, not understanding it does not work on my Win7. I tried cancelling payment at PayPal but was told this must be done by Firefox. Can I please cancel this payment since your app is useless to me. Thanx.

When first opening the MozillaVPN app (in Linux) it gave me to option to consent or decline to data collection of technical information. I consented but would like to decline/turn it off. I know how to do this for the Firefox browser, through the settings and privacy tab; however, I'm having trouble finding a way to turn off / opt-out for MozillaVPN.

My computer is Windows 7 and will not download Firefox VPN....Since I can't get FF VPN, how do I get refunded the Subscription price of 59 dollars and some change?

I live in Canada.

I recently signed up for Mozilla VPN. When I turn VPN ON -- and then try to open my MSN News app -- it won't open. A message appears on screen saying "check connection". I check my WiFI connection and it appears normal.

MSN works fine when my VPN is turned OFF.

But the reason I want to use VPN, is to get a US news feed. So, I use a US location on my VPN -- but so far with no success.

Any ideas that might help me, would be appreciated. Thanks.

When I activate my Mozilla vpn I get this message when trying to send email on my charter.net account: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: impout002.msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp 68.235.44.53 blocked. Is there a fix, other than turning off my vpn? I use Windows 10 on a pc

VPN is disconnecting when turned on manually by using app. Kindly fix pronto, I discontinued PIA VPN, to subscribe to Firefox, don't let me regret the choice. Plus it's taking way longer to BOOT and ReBoot laptop.

I have (had?) Mozilla VPN - now I'm unable to access my VPN. I think the problem is that my credit card that made automated payments was spoofed and I had to cancel it. I failed to notice that my VPN subscription was on that particular credit card. Can I still get my $3.99/monthly rate and renew? Must I start over again with the current rates? Please advise.

Because I am in Italy (and live in the US), when I go to pay for VPN, the payment displays in Euro. Your payment system won't accept it because my CC, PayPal, etc is in USD. I'm not able to change the default payment to USD. How can I subscribe and download VPN??? Thanks, MIke

(i360) software state they do not support Mozilla. They want me to switch to Chrome or Safari. I DO NOT WANT TO SWITCH. I was getting ready to sign up for mozilla vpn but this will not work. I can't connect to my printer since installing Mozilla VPN on my desktop yesterday. I've read the article about how to turn it on/off but I can't get to where the box pops up so I can use the toggle switch. Apparently, I need to turn it off so I can change a setting (Network settings - Local network access).

I installed firefox vpn it showed luxumberg as the location. Now when I open msn.com it comes up in a foreign language. I checked firefox settings and they are set to English (US). How do I change the language so it comes up english always?
