mozilla android vpn 2.4.0 on samsung s8. app uninstalled anf reinstalled prob persists. get to Attempting to confirm connection and eventually times out happens in public wifi as well as my home wifi. my win10 desktop has no vpn issue on the home wifi. any suggestions??

I am new to Mozilla VPN. Followed the instructions and made sure mozillavpn was allowed to communicate through Microsoft Firewall on both public and private networks. Double-checked in settings Windows 10 to make sure it had permission.

I am currently on a private (home) network. Mozilla VPN starts with message "masking connection and location". It then displays message "attempting to confirm connection". It pauses there for a couple of minutes before failing. In quick succession, I get a message about "disconnecting" then "unmasking".

Any suggestions?

Operating Windows 10 on a PC. VPN opens but on attempting to connect it says "Connecting" for a varying time then disconnects without ever having made the connection. I've tried various locations to no avail. Works fine on my Android phone going in on the VPN using the same IP. Have tried restarting.

I recently downloaded the updated iOS app that is supposed to have the option to set custom DNS in the settings. I looked at the documentation for this as well and I cannot find the option anywhere in the app. I reviewed all available options in the app settings with no success.

Could you please advise? I am running iOS 15.

The Mozilla window had a default e-mail address, so I used RNAlheid@mozila.com to sign up instead of my regular e-mail account. I would like to cancel my Mozilla VPN because I have no ability to download or use it because I can't access the wrong e-mail account.

I had several subscriptions from Mozilla, but I have cancelled all of them, and now I want to delete my credit card information from my account. I can see how to change/update my payment information but I don't see how I can remove it. Please tell me I'm just overlooking the way to remove my personal credit card information and that Mozilla isn't holding it hostage with no ability for it to be removed. If I use the toggle button in the VPN app to turn off VPN (as per here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/turn-on-mozilla-vpn-desktop-computer), Firefox won't connect to the internet. Restarting the Mac doesn't help.

mozilla vpn update

I don't think my VPN has been upgraded to latest (with multi hop, etc.) I see no upgrade option when I activate the VPN service.
