when trying to sign up for the Mozilla VPN the payment fails with the following message: ¨the currency of this subscription is not valid for the country associated with your payment.¨ I get this message both with my credit card or with paypal. Both payment methods are being used succesfully all the time, but Mozilla seems no to like it ??? I am travelling from Spain, thru France and I am in Belgium now, alle EU currency countries so what is going wrong here. Might Mozilla working from the UK for their EU operations? Is that what fails?

Hi, I live in Spain and I am trying to pay for my VPN subscription using a UK bank card. I am told that country of currency must match that of the card but I get paid in the UK so need to use my UK card. Any solution? Thanks.

I had several subscriptions from Mozilla, but I have cancelled all of them, and now I want to delete my credit card information from my account. I can see how to change/update my payment information but I don't see how I can remove it. Please tell me I'm just overlooking the way to remove my personal credit card information and that Mozilla isn't holding it hostage with no ability for it to be removed. How do I delete a payment method?

I believe I am unable to update my Mozilla VPN payment information. I've attached a screenshot where I thought was the place to update subscriptions in the Accounts Settings page. But it appears that subscriptions isn't even an option. How do I update payment information for Mozilla VPN?

To make things more confusing, clicking "Already a subscriber?" on the Mozilla VPN page claims that my account is not subscribed to Mozilla VPN. I moved recently so I'm wondering if the new address has something to do with it.

How do I get my old cost of my VPN account back? My old bank account is closed and payment didn’t go through. Now I have to resubscribe but it’s more expensive. Thanks.

Have been trying to cancel VPN for three months and despite following all instructions on how to cancel I am unable to do so and unable to stop being BILLED $4.99 a month. 'I am in need of help in cancelling this and don't know what I can do or where to turn.

Hi Respected Support teams, I need to know the payment method for one of my friend who live in Pakistan, he said that there is any service available like Paypal, but Payoneer service work properly, so which method is suitable for the citizen of Pakistan If they need to purchase the Mozilla VPN.

I have looked at getting the Mozila VPN but noticed that PayPal option for payment is not an option, why not? I don't do credit cards only debit cards and I no longer trust anyone online to submit any debit card details to. I trust Mozila and firefox & have for many years, however I don't really trust anyone or anything these days.

Are you going to make different payment plans for different countries in local currencies ? That is price may change in dollars but users in that country more probably can afford it.

Hi, I have tried to subscribe to Mozilla VPN service using my Visa card. I have correctly entered my details but singup page displayed error message. I have tried again with the same card but got error message again. Few minutes later I got notification from my bank account saying that payment (one payment) has been made to FIREFOX PVT NETWORK. I got no email from Firefox and Mozilla VPN page does not recognize that I have subscription.

I'm currently facing a particularly frustrating situation. I got an email saying that my Mozilla VPN payment failed. I'm not really certain why, so I clicked the link in the email to update my payment information. But the page linked to (screenshot attached) didn't have any option to update payment information. I searched all over the web, and all over Mozilla support pages to try to find a way to change payment information, but each and every time I was linked back to the same page, with no option to change my credit card number, cancel my subcription, or do anything relating to a payment. I was trying to make the VPN work on iOS, and I figured I would try the Windows client to see if that would give me the option to edit payment or subscriptions. But I couldn't even download the Windows client, because first I had to log into my client, and when I did, I was prompted to pay with my credit card, which was then rejected. For the sake of anonymity, I'm posting on a different account. But I would appreciate some advice on this loop I'm stuck in. Thanks.
