Mozilla VPN Support Forum

Saw the posted question about APV and VON but the answer did not fix my issues with app. APV sees the Mozilla VPN and won't allow me to download any of my content with it on. Are there any special settings I need to check or is Amazon just anti-Mozilla VPN?

mozilla android vpn 2.4.0 on samsung s8. app uninstalled anf reinstalled prob persists. get to Attempting to confirm connection and eventually times out happens in public wifi as well as my home wifi. my win10 desktop has no vpn issue on the home wifi. any suggestions??

My tablet was off for about 4months. Vpn was working fine then. Tablet went through updating all the aps. Now vpn won't connect. Stuck on confirming authorization and times out. So read through the help topics and signed out of vpn, uninstalled, and downloaded and reinstalled. Signed back into vpn and get the same thing. My vpn works great on laptop and phone. My tablet is only one having issues. Tried several times over a few days to get vpn working. So now asking help if some has something else I can try. Not sure why vpn is having issues after update. Can Mozilla vpn be installed on smart tv? I have firestick - Other vpn's can be installed on firestick tv, why can't mozilla vpn be installed on firestick?

Can some one please help, I have a mozilla vpn subscription, that says that the vpn can be installed on 5 devices, I simply cannot get it on my tv. I've tried several times to no avail.

Hello team, I'm from an Latinamerican-center country and I'll have the opportunity to go to work in Canada by November or December. The question is:

• Can I use the VPN services from Mozilla although I've registered with my account in the country where I'm living in?

I'd like to know about it because I'm really interested in use the VPN services here, I hope you'll implement it someday as well. Because also need the opportunity for us the latin American people to have access to the VPN services. It'll enhance our travel internet experience!

Hi everyone first time I m here happy to know this community is live....Well I explain quickly, I purchased with my Visa card a 30 days (monthly) mozilla VPN suscription, since cannot install it as it seems like I did not use my account to buy it.

Someone maybe knows where I can check which email I used to get VPN?

One particular website I use does not work with a VPN. So before subscribing to Mozilla VPN I need to know if I can turn off the VPN in a single Firefox container. If not can I use another browser without the VPN? Does the VPN apply to other browsers and network transactions such as ftp? I have looked at the FAQs but can't find the answers. Thank you.

I have been using Mozilla VPN for quite a while now. I have a love/hate relationship with it as I have to turn it off and on often throughout the day as certain websites will not work while the VPN is on. My question is, should I add Private Network to my system or should I switch to the Private Network instead of the VPN? I am a complete novice so I don't understand the technical issues, advantages or disadvantages between the two.

I have been looking throught the seetings, but haven't found a setting for autostart. I'd like to have the app startup and turn on the VPN connection anytime my phones starts. Can that be done?

My vpn will commence loading but never reaches "on" anymore, always stopping at attempting to confirm connection. If I'm lucky it will connect once a day. Great when first installed but only working well on my Asus laptop with 10, iPhone 11 Pro max but with my Huawei android am having problems. Have un installed both Firefox and the vpn 3 times and reinstalled but no success.

I have souscrive mozilla vpn but not satisfied...stop 10 days after. I have paie....never be rem I subscribed to Mozilla VPN for 1 year ... resilié after 10 days (during the test period). After 2 months I am still not refunded. Can not attach the Mozilla customer service. This is theft.
