Greetings: I purchased your VPN app less than an hour ago by mistake, not understanding it does not work on my Win7. I tried cancelling payment at PayPal but was told this must be done by Firefox. Can I please cancel this payment since your app is useless to me. Thanx.

I cannot install vpn. I have tremors but cannot find a number to call. the last two days VPN login said incorrect password. I changed it to same password on the account. I do not see how I install it or do a setup. Please refund my payment as I have spent hours and have had no success. Please inform me if someone has corrected my problem. Sorry for the confusion. I thought I'd try Mozilla VPN, but it has added an incredible amount of frustration and confusion using Firefox. I don't have either the time or inclination to mess around with it, so I just want to end my "free" month. However, I can't even log into my Mozilla VPN account to cancel, as the service never properly configured with my WiFi. So I need someone to help me get this off my Apple desktop so I can get back to normal!

This has not been easy. I tried to subscribe to Mozilla VPN but entered the wrong email address as I 'thought' I was creating a new email address "xxxxxxx Apparently someone else's account. No way for me to cancel

HI I purchased your VPN on 9-11-21 Invoice #87657932-0001. I put in a bad email address and cannot access the product. I have spent an hour trying to get support and your site is terrible. I am new to Mozilla VPN. Followed the instructions and made sure mozillavpn was allowed to communicate through Microsoft Firewall on both public and private networks. Double-checked in settings Windows 10 to make sure it had permission.

I am currently on a private (home) network. Mozilla VPN starts with message "masking connection and location". It then displays message "attempting to confirm connection". It pauses there for a couple of minutes before failing. In quick succession, I get a message about "disconnecting" then "unmasking".

Any suggestions?

I recently downloaded the updated iOS app that is supposed to have the option to set custom DNS in the settings. I looked at the documentation for this as well and I cannot find the option anywhere in the app. I reviewed all available options in the app settings with no success.

Could you please advise? I am running iOS 15.

I purchased Mozilla VPN using a bad e-mail address and now have no access to the account to cancel it. The Mozilla window had a default e-mail address, so I used RNAlheid@mozila.com to sign up instead of my regular e-mail account. I would like to cancel my Mozilla VPN because I have no ability to download or use it because I can't access the wrong e-mail account.

Hi, I live in Spain and I am trying to pay for my VPN subscription using a UK bank card. I am told that country of currency must match that of the card but I get paid in the UK so need to use my UK card. Any solution? Thanks.

I had several subscriptions from Mozilla, but I have cancelled all of them, and now I want to delete my credit card information from my account. I can see how to change/update my payment information but I don't see how I can remove it. Please tell me I'm just overlooking the way to remove my personal credit card information and that Mozilla isn't holding it hostage with no ability for it to be removed. How do I delete a payment method?

Hello team, I'm from an Latinamerican-center country and I'll have the opportunity to go to work in Canada by November or December. The question is:

• Can I use the VPN services from Mozilla although I've registered with my account in the country where I'm living in?

I'd like to know about it because I'm really interested in use the VPN services here, I hope you'll implement it someday as well. Because also need the opportunity for us the latin American people to have access to the VPN services. It'll enhance our travel internet experience!
