My outgoing emails bounce when my Firefox VPN is turned on. They do not bounce when it is turned off. How can I avoid email bounces without turning the VPN off every time I want to send an email? Can Firefox VPN whitelist my SMPT server?

I am new to Mozilla VPN. Followed the instructions and made sure mozillavpn was allowed to communicate through Microsoft Firewall on both public and private networks. Double-checked in settings Windows 10 to make sure it had permission.

I am currently on a private (home) network. Mozilla VPN starts with message "masking connection and location". It then displays message "attempting to confirm connection". It pauses there for a couple of minutes before failing. In quick succession, I get a message about "disconnecting" then "unmasking".

Any suggestions?

VPN program won't load. Had it for a month, stopped working yesterday. Uninstalled/reinstalled, verified all directories were removed, did a registry scan and removed the registry entry.

Using Windows 10, when I launch the app it does nothing, no window opens.

When I select the Mozilla VPN option from Mozilla web site, I am directed to sign in to my account. When I attempt to sign in, Firefox - the browser - warns me that Firefox does not trust fpn.firefox.com because it does not trust the certificate. So, I don't trust it either.

NOTE : This is not referring to loading the application at startup of the operating system

I can't find a way to make Mozilla VPN software automatically switch to ON when the application starts, I would like this to be an option if possible, unless I am missing something? I am running the Windows 10 and iPhone versions of the application, and I cannot make either of them start automatically.

Does anyone know how to do so? Or is this going to be part of a future update to the service?

Need help with installation. Installer reports unexpected error installing this package. Error code 2503. After closing error message, second unexpected error message opens with error code 2502.

Saw the posted question about APV and VON but the answer did not fix my issues with app. APV sees the Mozilla VPN and won't allow me to download any of my content with it on. Are there any special settings I need to check or is Amazon just anti-Mozilla VPN?

Does Firefox VPN plan on implementing this feature?

I would really appreciate being able to forward an internal port to the internet while protected by Firefox VPN.

This might be a dumb question, but if two people (my wife and I) each have our own Firefox account , can we still use the same VPN? And while each using our own Firefox account?

Got a "The zip code you supplied failed validation." when I am trying to subscribe for Mozilla VPN using a Canadian zipcode. Mozilla VPN is currently available in Canada correct?

Just bought the service, It was not mentioned that 10.14 is the lowest the VPN supports now. Does anyone know how to access a version of the VPN that allowed 10.13?

mozilla android vpn 2.4.0 on samsung s8. app uninstalled anf reinstalled prob persists. get to Attempting to confirm connection and eventually times out happens in public wifi as well as my home wifi. my win10 desktop has no vpn issue on the home wifi. any suggestions??

I recently started using Mozilla VPN about a week or so ago. I was using it on my Android phone and my Windows 10 computer. Everything was working fine, up until recently, where now whenever I try to open Mozilla VPN on Windows 10, it will not open. Sometimes, the icon will flicker in the notification bar in the bottom right corner, but then it will disappear.

I have tried deleting all Mozilla VPN viles, uninstalling the program, removing my computer from My Decides from the Mozilla VPN app on my phone, restarting my computer, and reinstalling Mozilla VPN using a fresh install from the Mozilla VPN twice, and it still is not working. It still works on my phone just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Problem is that I have just installed an Access Point router between my wired PC and the ethernet cable from my hub (virgin super hub 2) The setup works and can get internet on both the PC and the WIFI AC router, but when try and connect the Mozilla VPN it won't complete (message = couldn't start vpn) I hope my setup doesnt negate use of the VPN and hopefully its a setting on the AC router/modem, if anyone can help, that'd be great :)) Jubbs99 .png's attached

When using Mozilla VPN on my IOS- do I need to open the VPN app each time and Login to toggle the VPN on and then when I am done utilizing the internet do I need to logout of the VPN app. How exactly does this work?

I have already downloaded the VPN app and toggled the button to ON.
