Mozilla VPN Support Forum

I have the Mozilla VPN on my laptop. I'm trying to get it on my desktop. I signed in to my Firefox account, but there is no Mozilla VPN in the tray and the Mozilla VPN instructions say. I've checked the taskbar icon setting and it is not a hidden icon either. Mozilla says I can have 5 devices. How do I add a device when the app is not visible/installed?

Moved from Firefox Desktop to Mozilla VPN

I see 2 different prices for Private Networks: $2.99 for Firefox Private Network, $4.99 for Mozilla VPN. What's different between these 2 services, besides the price? Also, the Mozilla VPN listed Windows 10, but not earlier versions (I'm running Windows 7 Pro on my Dell Latitude Laptop with the Firefox Browser). At this time, I'm only interested in the laptop, not my phone, for the VPN and/or FPN.

I subscribed to the offered Mozilla VPN service. I think I installed it properly but I can find no indicator that it is active and working on either my Windows 10 pc or my iOS iphone X.

How do I check to see if it is on and working?
