This question is actually an answee- As at March 2021 when browsing in firefox if you wish to open a youtube video in the youtube app, press the menu button while on the youtube page for the video and find the option for "open in app" and it will do just that.
This question was previously posted and answered but now is out of date.

December 2020 Is there currently any way to disable the pull down to refresh feature? It's kind of broken in Firefox nightly (can trigger anytime trying to scroll the page), so I'd prefer to just have it turned off until it gets fixed.

I installed a number of privacy addons and they’re giving me nothing but grief. NOW I CAN’T GET RID OF THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO UNINSTALL! I can’t use search by image on Reddit because of these confounded privacy apps. I’m very close to giving up on Firefox for Android. I thought if I logged into my Firefox Account I might at least be able to uninstall these apps, but no. If I can’t get Firefox Android to stop interfering with Reddit I will give up and uninstall Firefox. Please explain where exactly I REMOVE ANY AND ALL ADDONS.
Android app tabs scrolling
When looking on open tabs, I usually cannot scroll to see all tabs. When I scrollt down the curtain just closes.
Looks like a bug.

There used to be a menu option to open the current tab in app via "open in app". For example, I could find a link to reddit, and then select that menu option to open the current tab to a reddit client app.
With the menu option gone, I'm unable to open links that are supported in other apps. The option to "open in apps" in the settings don't work either.
Is there a setting that I'm missing to get the menu option back?

When I'm attempting to upload files to a website, Firefox reloads the website after selecting my files which causes all data entered to be erased from the fill boxes. At the very least, it would be desirable to maintain the website in the foreground in memory without a reload to prevent this behavior. This also holds true for websites requiring a verification code that often resends a new code upon refresh. This behavior started with the most recent optimization of the Firefox code. I believe it is most prominent when I have other apps running in the background. But, at the very least, please let the foreground website remain in resident memory without requiring a reload.
