How can I find out if I'm running a 64-bit or 32-bit browser so I know what version of Java to download?

I am trying to determine what Firefox browser version I am running. I typed in about:support to find more info, but I couldn't find clearly where it says what version I'm running. I don't know what link to select to find out, but under "User Agent" it reads: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/21.0
So I didn't know if the WOW64 referred to a 64-bit OS or not?
I would appreciate any help.
Thank you. Katya S.
Will Firefox OS be offered for PC laptops?

I checked my options settings for applications, and all of the known apps that play various formats of video files appear to be set to 'Always ask'. This does not resolve this problem, however. What I want to do is to set Firefox to NEVER automatically play ANY video that is part of a web page that I visit.
How can I do this?
My Firefox crashes 2-3 times per session since I've updated to new version. I have never crashed before this latest version. Is there a known problem with this?
