I cannot send mass mail to my contacts either on CC or BCC. Just reloaded my computer. Pls advise how this problem could be solved.

Hv just finished reformatting my computer. OS is win 7.0. Hv reinstalled Firefox n Chrome. I tried to send mail to many of my friends telling them that I was online again n ready to receive mail. When I clicked on CC n clicked on the appropriate folder, it did not respond, hence I could not send mail to the relevant group.
All this was possible, before I reformatted.
Pls advise, where I've made a mistake. I've uninstalled both the programs couple of times, but no happiness.

I looked it up on the web and your support site says to go to HELP > Troubleshooting information> reset Firefox. A search on HELP does not reveal a "troubleshooting information" option nor a "reset Firefox" option Please help! I will stop using Firefox if this does no get resolved.
