I added Lockwise from google store but used the wrong e-mail address. Specifically I used a g mail address, which I have discontinued using. My preferred address is at Yahoo.com. on my Firefox Browser on my desktop machine.. I'm not used to smart phones, but wlil be traveling where I will need the addresses and pass words of my accounts to do business. Apparently, Lockwise would be the best solution to supply me with that information when I need it. But I can find no way to change thee current e-mail address for the product.

The master password prompt can pop up over any browsing window, and looks very basic. I can see that the pop-up is modal (you can't swap to a different tab for instance when it is up), but I would think basic users would not know how to check this. It would be *VERY* easy for hackers to exploit this and throw up a similar looking popup whenever they see a Firefox browser, and capture someone's password. You need to put something on this pop-up that gives users confidence that they are entering a password into Lockwise, and not just a page pop-up. Otherwise a great product!

I'd like to know if it's possible to save information in Lockwise besides usernames and passwords, mainly PINs and security codes. There are some PINs I want to keep track of that aren't connected to a website or an app, so I'd like to know if it's possible to store those in Lockwise somehow, too.

I'd also like to know about secure methods for storing essential passwords, PINs, and security codes offline, as a back up just in case. If I'm going to write information like this down, is there a good way to decide on a hiding place that I won't forget about but which wouldn't be obvious to anyone else? Bearing in mind I don't have a great memory. I realize this is a separate question and potentially rather broad, and it's beyond the topic of Lockwise itself - where is a good place to learn about keeping information secure (beyond using Firefox plus extensions, a password manager, duckduckgo)?

Firefox 75 will NOT autofill logins and passwords despite correct checks in options. Why NOT? FRUSTRATING!

The appropriate boxes are checked - see attached image 1. Lockwise remembers all my logins and passwords, but when I go to a site - e.g., the Washington Post, see image 2 - Lockwise will not enter my login name. If *I* enter it manually, which I have to do to reach the site, then the correct password is entered and I get in. This is NEW with version 75 of Firefox; previous versions would log me in transparently. Once I HAVE logged in, I can return to the site repeatedly...but if I close Firefox for any reason and then reopen it, it will not log me in, despite the checkmark in "Autofill Logins..." entry. What's wrong? Is there another hidden setting I need to change?

Thanks ... looking forward to your reply!

It happened when I logged in through another desktop and through the Firefox android app. The problem is extremely counter-productive and opposite of what Lockwise should do. It seems that the system cannot differentiate a new device log-in from a general new log-in and in turn, it syncs it to all devices because it think that it is the most updated version of the account. Please fix. Urgently.

Surprisingly, it didn't when I sync through the Lockwise app itself. Although, in use, I observed that the Lockwise app behaves as an independent app (saving and loading passwords within itself, rather than pulling it from the cloud everytime). It doesn't quite respond to the changes I made through other devices.

I need to add notes to certain passwords as some of the sites need more login-data than just username and password or in the case ofe other sites some have multiple passwords for different areas of the same site and it would be nice to be able to label which password is for what area exactly.

Is there some setting that I'm missing or if not I feel it should be implemented.
