Ont the following helping page : https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/lockwise-authentification-mot-de-passe
The two first sentences seem contradictory :
In english, the first sentence says that Firefox 76+ DOES NOT ask for permission before revealing passwords.
The second one says it DOES.
Il my case (Firefox 89), it does not.

I found a discrepancy/delay of the synchronization between the Firefox Lockwise in the browser and the app version on Android: I have updated some password in Lockwise in the Firefox browser (under Win 10) forcing a synchronization in the profile of the browser. But the app on Android doesn't update the changes, so my passwords are not corrected. While there's some way to force the synchro on the browser, there isn't the possibility to do on the app. I've tried to close android app, cleaning the recent app list and the memory with "optimizing app", but when I open again Lockwise on Android I found the past password, not update...
A button or a way to force the synchronization can be really usefull.
Or there's some trick that I didn't found on the web? Thanks an advance,
Riccardo from Italy

I have tried for two days to recover my passwords and logins to no avail. I read all of the articles and trouble shooting, Switched profiles, and looked for common problems. Talk of key3.db migration in version 67 but nothing newer. I am sure I have overlooked something but need some guidance and maybe a better step-by-step process.

Ok, maybe I'm totally missing something. Lockwise is supposed to be Firefox's password manager. Great that's integrated into the browser. I opened the "Logins and Passwords" page and found all my previously saved logins. Great that they retained those for me. However I was shocked to see that I could plainly view the saved and copy the passwords (by clicking the eyeball). This does not seem like a very safe, or private default mode. After install/upgrade of Firefox it should have them hidden. Is there some way to disable this? In the future I think that Firefox should have passwords hidden after install. I would submit this as a feature request but I am unable to find where to do that.

Last week I could login to the New York Times website by accesings my saved passwords in Lockwise using the URL "https://myaccount.nytimes.com" . The NYT changed their website. This week, "use saved logins" by right clicking in the email box cannot be accessed this week (text is gray in Lockwise). I tried a variety of URLs and nothing worked. Any ideas. I still can access the webpage by typing in my email and password, but that is a pain.

Hi All,
I'm using Firefox v91.0. I have all my passwords saved in Lockwise. I have Trend security enabled. When i go to my browser, i have to check the box "Ask to save logins and passwords for web site" each time i start up my laptop. Yesterday however, when i go to this, I'm unable to check the box. When i click on it, it flicks between showing "Autofill logins and passwords" and "Suggest and generate strong passwords" being normal and greyed out. But i can't check the box.
All my logins are still saved and i dont have private browsing enabled.
It's really weird because i've not made any changes whatsoever. I've looked at the resources/solutions here and can't find it...any help would be appreciated.
Thanks....

Is there anyway to "sign out" of Firefox Lockwise, without closing my browser or signing out of my Firefox account completely? Just out of Lockwise? There are many times when I would like to leave my browser up and running so that I do not have to reload all my tabs each time I come back to my computer, but I would like to be able to sign out of Lockwise so that someone couldn't access my credentials. Can the ability to sign out of Lockwise be added as a feature request if it is not currently an option?
Also the ability to set an amount of time before being auto logged out of Lockwise, and 2FA/MFA would be nice too. :) If there is a place to request these features would anyone be able to provide me that link as well please?
Thanks! Dan

I have been using Lockwise on 2x iOS devices for several years. Recently I am finding it forgets my account, requiring me to sign in to my Firefox account using my email address, password and 2FA authentication code, rather than just my fingerprint (iPad) or passcode (iPhone). This is occurring with increasing frequency, to the point of it being almost daily now.
One device is iOS 14.4.1 and the other is iOS 14.5 Public Beta. No issues with either device other than this. Can anyone suggest how I can assist figuring out why this happens?

Firefox Lockwise isn't saving the entire URL when I save a password. It cuts it off after the .com. This isn't working with several sites I use. I even tried to manually create a password and it still only saved the URL up to the .com even though I put the entire URL in. Why does it do this? When will it be fixed?
