Ok. I'm visually impaired. until version 90, I think, Firefox was great. Then it got so bad that I tried other browsers, but finding anything with support for the visually impaired is impossible now - we just don't count, that's obvious.

The newest version, what is it? 84357348957? Is impossible. I don't know why the lines between tabs were removed. I assume the developers thought it looked cool, without thinking that SOME OF US DON'T SEE WELL. I can barely use it now. I need to get back to an earlier, at least slightly usable version without losing everything - and I need some way to not be bothered with a popup for update 954785 this week.

Yes, I sound angry. I know that's not cool with tech. But you know? There is no need for 10-20 updates a month. And there's no bloody excuse for the complete disregard for the visually impaired that is now Mozilla's trademark.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, In october, I got a window asking me to update Firefox (I am on OSX 10.9.5). I downloaded the file (Firefox 131.0.3 dmg) opened it, and dragged to applications. Everything seems OK. Now I read that Firefox does not send such windows, but makes background updates. Should I worry ? Thanks ! René

I'm on a Mac Pro running OS Sierra, 10.12.5. I cannot upgrade this Mac due to a specific version of Pro Tools that I have, that will only run on this Mac OS. My current version of Firefox is 115.0.3 (64-bit) on the ESR channel.

My question is this: Is there another version I can update Firefox to, and how? Or is there another browser you would recommend I use?

Thanks, Ray Kallas

Hi, Somehow I managed to turn off automatic updates or something, because I am have been way out of date. I just checked and it my laptop or mozilla support is telling me I just updated to 113 two weeks ago. Well, that seemed to be the latest update I could get. Now I have just seen that there is mozilla up to something like 123 or 132 or some such. I got the 113 from google store, and I am still getting messages that my laptop is out of date and I need to update it. Can someone please tell me where to get the latest updates and how to go about installing them safely, or how I can turn on automatic updates...I am using Linux mint and that is probably also out of date, but seems to work.
