Firefox will not open up my credit union's page when I click submit on the login page. I can open up the login page and go to my account when I use a private window. Why won't it open in the general window?????

I am having trouble logging into my bank account. Message is saying error, secure connection failed. An error occurred during a connection to online.newcastlepermanent.com.au. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR. Have not had problems before. Please help.

I use Best Homepage Ever and I am logged out every time I close my browser and have to resign back in when I open it up again. Can't find anything in help articles to solve this.

After the last update I can no longer see the comments section at the bottom of news articles on both Fox News and Yahoo. I double checked and they are workin fine on Chrome (I never this browser). I am using Firefox and Mendeley Reference Manager on a Macbook Air. For days I have been unable to use Mendeley Web Importer. I have it installed in Firefox I have used the latest software for Mendeley Web Importer 3.0 (I was made to believe that it is the latest version), I have refreshed Firefox and I have even deleted Firefox and reinstalled on my computer, I have tried customizing Firefox. The symbol for Mendeley Web Importer does not show up ind the collection of similar Add-ons (I hope that this is the correct term).

I would safe me quite a bit of time, if I could use the web importer. Can you help?

Reddit is not allowing me to comment on posts. The area where the button to comment is simply black. I can still reply to other comments, post and do everything else but i cannot comment. Commenting works fine on other browsers and the mobile app but doesn't work on firefox specifically. I do not have any extensions.

I am using Firefox Nightly 136.0a1. I tried visiting the website "leetcode.cn", but it got stuck in an infinite refresh loop. It has been tested that the site can be visited using Edge. I have tried using troubleshoot mode or change my UA, but it just doesn't work.

I believe I need to change the password in the Firefox setting to upload from Comcast. Help me please. If you have the ability to open a chat line it would be helpfull. There is no warning from Comcast e-mail so I have to periodically open it to see if I have any new e-mail.

There is an online bank. After the each update of the Firefox Mozilla on Windows PC (once per month) the bank asks to verify the login via Email or SMS OTR (which is normal).

During one year long when the first OTR code comes via Email, it's been always unrecognized by the bank (says: Wrong code). But the 2nd code or sms code mostly works fine.

Any idea?
