Cannot delete/archive saved item in Pocket

How do I stop Norton and McAfee pop-up windows appearing continuously on a Windows 10 computer. They are saying that their subscription are out of date. But their protection software is not installed. The computer has Malwarebytes virus protection installed

I've been trying to remedy a "forgotten password" problem on a site I visit from time to time (King Arthur Baking), and keep getting an "opt out signal honored" message. What does this mean, and how do I change it so I can solve the problem?
