When I use firefox to sign in to my gmail account ([edited] @gmail.com), firefox will not save my password so I have to enter my email and password every time. I can't find the option to remember password anywhere. What can I do to get firefox to save my password. Thank you. Walter Schmid

Cannot create account. Just started using Mozilla because my ISP does not like Macs.

Apparently Mozilla does not like Macs either. I entered the information and just got "Bad request (400)"

I've been floundering and cannot find any help.

The efficiency of this site has gone down since the introduction of some of these ai features which sucks because firefox was literally the only good browser for years. Like why am I using the app and modding the feature off myself. I know the chatbot it toggleable but it just shouldnt be a feature at all. Thats what the search bar is for! Stop putting slop in my stuff please.

Hi folks, I set up mfa on my Firefox account a while back using Authy but now that I need to redownload Firefox for my mobile device I have forgotten my Authy PIN and can't seem to find the account recovery keys anywhere. I may have lost them because of only storing the recovery key and pin record locally on a device I have since formatted and sold. It looks as though it's very difficult to recover via Authy or perhaps not possible (I have one mobile and laptop and Authy has discontinued the desktop app). Is there a way to reset the account so that I can set up my 2fa again and this time keep the access info in a safer and retrievable place?

Hi, I am having issue opening iOS apps from Firefox if I click on a link from a website. These’s no prompt to click to allow redirect to the app. Always show the page asking me to download from App Store. Anyway this can be fixed? Or any settings I need to change? It was working until an update few months/a year ago.

The share menu when using Firefox on iOS 26 that used to be a small modal window is now a (almost) full screen modal but the content is still the size of the smaller one.

Steps to see what I mean:

1. In Safari, on any webpage open the share menu. 2. Find Firefox as an app to use (next to Airdrop, iMessage and E-Mail apps in my case) 3. Watch as Firefox opens with a page/modal that has content that is a mismatched size.

Before I upgraded to iOS with liquid glass, the modal/page and content inside had the same size and you could not tell the difference. But now the new page takes almost the whole screen but the contents is still sized to the old one. See picture attached. The new fullscreen page is the off-white part and the Firefox share menu is the pure white part. Is this intentional or just a remnant of the older share menu?

Hello Mozilla Support Team, I am writing because my primary email address associated with my Mozilla/Firefox account has been compromised and I no longer have any access to it. Unfortunately, this prevents me from performing basic account management tasks. Specifically: • I would like to add and verify a new email address (*censored@outlook.com) as a secondary email so I can later promote it to primary. • However, when trying to add any secondary email, Mozilla sends a verification code/link to the current primary email address — which I cannot receive anymore. • As a result, I am completely locked out of updating or securing my account, even though I can still log in with my password (and possibly 2FA if set up). My new desired primary email is: *censored@outlook.com I have read the official documentation (e.g., https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-primary-email-address-firefox-accounts and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information), which states that changing the primary email without prior secondary email setup is not possible for security reasons when the old primary is inaccessible. Questions: 1. Is there any exception, manual verification process, or alternative recovery method available in cases of compromised/lost primary email access? (For example, through identity verification, account recovery key if I have one, or support-assisted change?) 2. If no recovery is possible, can you please confirm that creating a brand-new Mozilla account with *censored@outlook.com is the only remaining option, and advise on how to best migrate my synced data (bookmarks, passwords, history, etc.) if still accessible on my devices? I understand the security implications and that Mozilla prioritizes protection against unauthorized changes — I just want to regain full control and secure my data properly. How do I get the menu icon with its 3 little bars to show up in the upper right corner of my IPhone? If I can get these 3 little bars to come up will this page look like the on on my PC? I am especially looking for the "Settings" feature.
