Recently, an important email was put into my spam/junk folder. It was from a sender and with the same subject line that I receive every week. I've just now read the article about training the filter and I will start doing those suggestions, but for now I need to just totally NOT filter anything as junk. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks. SweetTasha.

When I attempt to access several websites, I am prompted to turn off my ad blocker. As I have not added a third-party software or extension that does such, I assume it is part of Firefox proper. Search as I might, I cannot find any specific reference to such a thing in "Settings". SO...how can I temporarily disable the 'Ad Blocker' device that is part of Firefox? The 'TEMPORARY' part is important, as I do greatly value the function!

How do I completely clear Firefox clipboard? I was in private browsing mode & accidentally copued a web address to clipboard. Now, mo matter if in private mode or not, everytime I go to type in a web address, Firefox asks me if I want to go to this page from the clipboard. I've cleared history & cache, & even de-installed & re-installed Firefox, but this web site is still in the clipboard and still pops up as a suggested web address. I'm to the point now that I've deinstalled Firefox, which sucks because it is my favorite browser. phone: Samsung Galaxy S10+ SM-G975U system: G975USQS4DTG1

Mozilla sees all my email settings, confirms they are correct. But I no longer have the correct password; either I inadvertently changed it, or it got messed up somehow.

How do I go about getting a new password that will allow me access back into my email?

It won't do me any good if you EMAIL me an answer as I won't be able to get to it.

Firefox Blocking Allowed Pop-Ups After Update

We run Firefox on all our clerk computers at the public library where I work. Since the most recent update, our online circulation website which we use to check out books, receives a pop-up blocked message every time we try to print a hold receipt for an item. The website has always been added as an exception to our pop-up blockers, and until just after the most recent update, the blocker had no problem allowing the website through. Now it does. I have tried clearing the browser caches, removing and adding the website to the exceptions list again, and restarting the browser, as well as adding different variations of the website to the exceptions list. In the end, we just had to turn the pop-up blockers off. I searched online for anyone else who had this issue, but the ones I found dated back to 2014-2015, and the solution they came up with no longer seems to exist in the Firefox settings. So I'm hoping to find an answer here! Thanks.

Hi there, I would like to “generally accept all cookies” for future surfing through the internet. I found this description (see below), but it doesn’t seem to work (help might me older before latest browser updates), could someone tell me how to set Firefox to accept all cookies? Thank you.

1. Click the Tools menu from the top toolbar. 2. Choose Options. 3. Click the Privacy tab. 4. Under "History" select "Use custom settings for history" from the drop-down menu beside "Firefox will." 5. Ensure that the checkboxes for "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third-party cookies" are both checked. 6. Click OK.

I get a email from a web site that I have to log into on a regular basis. They are telling me starting today the web site will require TLS 1.2. I went to https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html to check like the web site informed me to do so. Click on Continue

Once the page completes the test, scroll down to the Protocol Features section. If Yes is displayed next to TLS 1.2, your browser will continue to work as it currently does with Talent Suite applications.

Mine shows 1.3 yes but not 1.2. I look it up 1.3 is not backwards compatible. So I changed the security.tls.version.max to 3 now everything for the TLS shows no when I run test I am lost

  Thanks for any help
