'Some time ago I suddenly stopped being able to log into my Aetna health account on the Aetna web site. When I typed in my user ID and password I get the following message: "System temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." It's been like this since last March.

I just now tried logging in on my IPad and Microsoft Edge and had no problem logging with either one. This means that Firefox has to be causing the problem.

How do I fix the problem?

All my passwords are gone. My question is, how do I restore them?

It happened because Firefox has once again become so slow I can't use it, even to look up a solution to the problem, and apparently I misremembered the procedure from the last time, or maybe I just clicked the wrong thing. No message came up asking for confirmation that I wanted to delete them, but that doesn't seem to matter. Everything is gone.

Please note that this happened after I tried unsuccessfuly yet again to remove unwanted icons from my homepage -- because I thought all those unwanted icons from past searches might be slowing things down.

No doubt my frustration level led to a mistake, but I blame that on Firefox. Too slow almost all the time, covered in icons I do not want, and now my passwords have disappeared.

Please tell me how to restore them.

When I go to log in to Amazon there is a grey drop down box that says, Manage Passwords. If I click on that bar it takes me to a page where saved passwords would be on my computer. That box just started dropping down today. I called Amazon and it doesn't have anything to do with them. How do I get rid of that drop down box when logging into Amazon. I feel like my account has been compromised somehow.

Please let me know how to correct that problem Cheryl Nay vively@yahoo.com

Hello I have been using Thunderbird for several years, but recently, it has not accepted either my email address or password for my BT internet address, which has worked fine in the past.

My BT internet *********@btinternet.com works perfectly with BT Mail or Outlook.

I prefer Thunderbird but I need it to accept both Gmail and BT messages.

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks Patrick

I have not changed my email accounts or my Google & Microsoft usernames or passwords. A few days ago when I started Thunderbird, two Google pop-ups arrive reading "Mozilla Thunderbird Email wants to access your Google Account" demanding that I deny or allow it. Why might this be happening and how do I stop it? This does not occur with other email apps such as Outlook for Windows.

I use Firefox on all my devices. I recently had to replace an hp laptop for water damage. I have a new Chrome book (CB) that's replaced the laptop. I ran into a problem once I installed the Firefox app on the CB. I'm having trouble getting passwords and contacts to sync from my Samsung mobile phone. I was able to get into Firefox on the CB by changing my password. However, I can't get the Samsung device and the CB to sync passwords and contacts. Can you help me with this?
