I don't know how to identify this problem. WHAT IT IS: for about 6 days now I have been getting a message from my PNCBank saying unable to connect, try another browser. Previously it has worked just fine. I have not changed any information and the same crredentials work flawlessly with Chrome.

Is there anywhere to get actual support for Thunderbird? I have no answers to my problem - can't receive e-mails still for a month now. Hoping not to have to change to a different e-mail software.

This is a very recent issue for me. A couple of days ago "tel:" links stopped functioning. I click on a callable link and nothing happens. I checked default applications, and tel: isn't even listed there. The first time it happened there was a dialogue box asking me what application to use, but after that nothing opened at all. I build and monitor websites, so I'm constantly checking these links for functionality.

I am trying to get set up for video visit with my Doctor for Monday morning and when I try to test it I get this message. This action was blocked by your popup blocker. Would you like to open the link? How do I fix this? Thanks

I am having a problem with Thunderbird that has got me baffled...

I am sending and email from eandc@gmail.com using Thunderbird...

When the email arrives it has cande@gmail.com as the sender which happens to be another email account also being used through Thunderbird...

Am I missing something here...

If I have the inspector open from Web Developer tools, I can see the HTML elements presented under that tab. Is there anyway in Firefox's configuration settings that we can change the font-family for the HTML view under this Inspector area? (not globally for all of Firefox). If so, where or how can we make the adjustment?

on other browsers I was able to go to history and see at what time of day I viewed a certain web site. Is that function on Firefox? This came in very handy so Please add this function! Thanks!

Whenever I want to open a link in an app the browser asks me to accept or cancel. Great but how do I and is there a way to make it automatically open apps? This is only on iOS

Looking at my sync settings on a GMail account, I see under the [Gmail] folders it has "Chats" listed. Looking at what it has in the folder (I set it to sync locally) all I see is a long list of messages from chatsupport@bot.talk.google.com, all dated from 2013 (plus one message from an old 10 year old work google account). Checking the GMail website, I see a number of Chat messages from 2020 and 2021 but none of those Google bot messages from 2013. Is this item supposed to be syncing down the messages I have on my GMail account? If not, what are these messages. I even tried closing Thunderbird and removing the Chats and Chats.msf files, but the next sync just brought the chatsupport messages back down.

It's not really a big issue if it doesn't actually sync them (it could be handy, but not critical). However, if it IS supposed to work I would put in a BZ for it. Otherwise I'll just uncheck it and ignore it.

I have multiple email accounts set up, but one of those transfers all email to the local "Junk" folder. I have tried the retrain function, turned off all adaptive junk menu selections, added the sender to my contacts list, and nothing seems to work.

Also, with the most recent update, Thunderbird continually crashes. Version 102.7.1 (32 bit) running Windows 7 Professional with service pack 1. (No intention of updating OS)

   Way back some time ago, I was losing my email provider and used Thurderbird to migrate

all my email to another email provider.

I remember it being easy . I think I moved whole folders one at a time and got it done quickly.

Now I can't seem to do that. Has something changed in Thunderbird?

Currently I'm reduced to opening a folder going up to EDIT and choosing "SELECT ALL" and right clicking MOVE to (new) provider's x folder. That is more laborious than I remember. What am I missing?

  I've also tried to copy all email to GMail and I keep getting a time out.
  Is GMAIL being nasty about how much can be done at one time?

How do I get the Bookmarks to appear on the left side on this WINDOWS 10 PC? It appears on the left side of my WINDOWS 7 PC. I can't find a setting in the FIREFOX Settings list?

Down loaded update on Feb 2. What received was a virus with a 888 845 9852 number supposed to be Microsoft. I checked the number it was reported as spam. I called the number just for grins, Nancy wanted me to go to th help.info and turn over control to a “technician” so it could be repaired. In strong terms I explained to Nancy what she could do with her web site. I replaced HD and installed back up from external hard drive.

I recently changed from Outlook to Thunderbird. A task manager application that I wrote for my own use a few years ago uses the following code to automate sending periodic email reminders. The code looks like the sample below, except that I load the actual values for subject / to / message / body from a table.

When I try to view a pdf in the browser, Firefox downloads it first. I went into about:config and changed to browser.download.start_downloads_in_tmp_dir = true just to get it to stop downloading to a specified folder, but now it downloads in tmp directory leaving me with the same issue of pdf's piling up on my computer just to view a pdf in the browser.

This never used to be an issue. I do not want to automatically download every single pdf I view on the internet. Is there some way that Firefox can simply render the pdf instead of downloading it?

I have always used Firefox to access my Theta wallet using a Trezor. No problems. It will now not access. I have latest updates to Trezor, Firefox. I can access my Trezor Suite wallet no problems. I have allowed pop-ups for the trezor wallet and theta wallet. My connection to Theta wallet via Trezor was noticed 3 weeks ago approximately.

Hi, Why is it that when I log out of my account after accessing help And I later come back to help the browser has remembered my password so I don't have to enter it? Doesn't strike me a particularly secure way for things to work. How can I make sure that if I log out i am fully logged out without having to re start the browser?
