As of 7/10/2025, Xfinity Streaming does not open through Firefox. I much prefer Firefox to any other browser so I am a little mystified as to why all of a sudden Xfinity Streaming does not open. I receive my Comcast email through FireFox but when it comes to streaming content, the Xfinity logo just sits there and does not open.

I currently receive all messages sent to me including those from Comcast but I can't send messages to any email address. When I logon i get the message: Enter Credentials for my email address on imap,comcast.net. I read the document: Switch from POP to IMAP account > Create the IMAP account. I never saw the window shown on page 3 of the document. The other day I got a message that the IMAP account was already created. I then edited the my SMTP account.

Hello; Windows 10 & current version of Thunderbird. I am trying to add Messages Filters to filter out spam (getting more and more of that!) but the "OK" button on the add message filter is below the bottom of the screen. The window cannot be raised or resized to make the button visible. Photo below. Moving window does not allow me to raise window above top of screen. Keyboard (Alt-Enter) / Move will not work. Changed windows screen size just makes window larger but button still below bottom of screen.

Non-functional work around. Highlight Message name. Press Shift-Tab TWICE. Press ENTER. UGLY!

I can no longer move emails to the folder of my choice. If I drag and drop an email into a folder it never goes there, sometimes it does nothing, sometimes the email disappears like it moved but it never ends up in the folder I drop it into, I search all the folders I have created and the email I moved is GONE! I look in the "Trash" bins I can find and the email is GONE!

Version 128.8.0esr (64-bit) I tried too update the version that is an exercise in confusion.

Side note, the only way to copy and paste the version number is using the keyboard, if you highlight the text in ABOUT, right click it does nothing! No popup window giving you the option to copy. First time in 30 years I have seen this problem.

I cannot send emails, I cannot access the account settings, when I try to access the server account settings, I keep get error message about account already existing, select another account, I don't have another account! here are the error messages= An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: impout003 charter.net MzUuMTMyLjE0MC4yNTM= You must connect from Charter IP space. Sending of password for user sheilach2 did not succeed. Mail server pop.charter.net responded invalid user name or password.

I have been fighting this for HOURS! I cannot access the account setting, I cannot send Emails.

Will I have to delete the Thunderbird program. reinstall & re do ALL the server settings? Is this even fixable?

mein alter Rechner ist "gestorben", weshalb ich einen neuen brauchte. Vom alten Rechner hatte ich die drei Postfächer, mit denen ich "arbeite" gesichert und nun versucht, diese in der neuen thunderbird-Installation auf dem neuen Rechner einzuhängen, schrittweise, so wie in den FAQs zum Thema Import beschrieben.

Aber: Die alten Postfächer/Inhalte werden nicht angezeigt. Sie sind aber im Zielverzeichnis ".thunderbird" zu sehen und an der richtigen Stelle.

Ich bitte um Hilfestellung zur Problemlösung.

I was using Thunderbird for Windows 10 normally for many months. Recently, whenever I launch the app it immediately freezes, and I have to force quit the application. Reinstalling the app does not fix the issue. I haven't tried deleting my profiles yet, but I would like to avoid that if possible.

Hello, I need to send many messages to my contacts adresses, but also to their secondary addresses. When I compose a message, I can access only the main email adress from my contact when I open the contact window. How can I do that ? is there a recommandable addon abble to do that ? when i oppened tbird on windows 10, it showed a page to obly my for a donation. i had made a donation short ago, but eventhough, i just made another one time donation. when i open tbird again, i can not get out of the donation page. what should i do please???????

When I try to install the Thunderbird Dutch language pack as an Add-On , then I got the message that the language pack is corrupt. It's not possible to download this add-on.

Thunderbird was sending and receiving emails with Charter.net but not stopping working with error 'timed out'. I have checked and rechecked the entered info and also called Charter and they have been verified as correct. Thanks!......Candy
