Hi. No matter what I do, Firefox will not work with MSN. I have spent days following all sorts of on line advice. Links to news stories will not open at all. I have reset router, reinstalled firefox and done loads of other actions. Other browsers work fine. Any advice before I ditch FF? Thanks

Hi, I got a problem since many weeks on Firefox Nightly, the elements on websites that should stick to the bottom float around 30pixels above the bottom. It's kinda annoying. My app is up-to-date. I got a Huawei P20. Thanks Elise

For years I've had my bookmarks arranged in a specific order. The day after the most recent Firefox update I discovered that my bookmarks have somehow been rearranged in alphabetical order.

What caused this to happen and how do I prevent it from happening again?

Now it's completely impossible to open PDFs outside Firefox, as I could do until the last couple of beta versions.

This trend is going on since a few years ago, from bad to worst. The whole design of the PDFs download process is bad. PDFs should be treated by FF as any other file: download and open with the system default PDF viewer. Imposing Firefox's internal PDF viewer as mandatory for downloaded PDFs is nonsense.

When you open firefox private mode, it says leave no trace. Assuring users that whatever happens in their private session, stays in that session, but this is a blatant lie and firefox knows this. Go to any site that has cookies, or user login, or something similar. login into the site. Than simply remove firefox from ram. Now open firefox again, go to private mode, and go to that site. Most of the time, it still remembers the user. This issue has been present for far too long, not addressed, still pushed to the users that it is safe to use. Instead of warning the users, it is promoting them to use it by saying leaves no trace in this new update. This is unacceptable.

When switching to another app from Firefox and then switching back to firefox, the webpage reloads. This is not a memory issue, I have enough RAM and it happens even if I only have 1 tab open. This is a major pain when I need to enter a 2FA code and need to swith apps to get the code. Or if I'm watching a YouTube video and get a call, the youtuve page reloads after the call has ended. Please suggest how to fix this.

Pretty much the title. This sounds like some Microsoft level stuff. Forcing a UI change for no reason. A few days ago it started. That was interesting because the play store was showing no recent updates.

My UI on my tab screen had changed, though. I was able to revert back by turning off "Tab Enhancements" in the secret settings menu.

Now, this morning, I wake up and the tab menu has reverted back to the "new" UI. I went back into secret settings and then option is no longer there. Google play says I have now updated to 1.49.

WTH?

Unable to view YouTube comments using Firefox on android. I can view the comments on Opera, duckgo and chrome.

This problem started about four days ago. Comments show on the short videos but not the regular videos. When I tap on "comments" the resulting page/frame is empty.

Where is the issue tracker for Firefox Nightly on Android? The last few updates have caused the keyboard to block the bottom part of webpages, making it impossible for me to see what I'm typing.

I am using Firefox nightly on Android. About two weeks ago I noticed that my toolbar got moved to the bottom after some update, while address bar is still at the top. I tried looking for it in settings but couldn't find anything about toolbar, that's weird since I was able to customize it a few years ago when I installed Firefox for the first time. So I looked it up on the internet and they say that it's in Settings/Customize/Toolbar, but in my browser settings instead of Toolbar there is Address bar settings. Has toolbar's settings been moved somewhere else? It looks like in previous versions it was under Customize section.

Hi. For the past few months I have been unable to play any samples from the Audible website in Firefox on my android phone. When I click the word "Sample" Audible opens up a new tab with their Web player and I always get an error message that is just a rectangular box with an exclamation mark inside a triangle on the left side of the box. (Screenshot attached.) There are no words inside the box and the only option is to close the tab. Since there is no actual message I'm not sure what the problem is.

Playing samples used to work fine when you could play them within their web page before Audible changed its system. I seem to be able to play samples on Audible's Web player in Chrome, but would prefer to keep Firefox as my default browser. I have tried deleting all history, cookies and cache; closing and reopening Firefox; turning phone off and starting again after an hour. I've also tried enabling autoplay, but that made no difference. I was thinking that the issue may be with my other settings within Firefox, but I can't tell. Any help you can provide would be great. I have a vivo pad 3, and when I'm using it in landscape mode, the firefox app would only occupy part of the screen, leaving the two sides empty. It used to work fine and I don't know what made it to behave like this since I didn't touch the settings, and no other app is like this.
