I'm stuck signing into VPN. My email address is shown when I click on VPN in the menu bar but there's no on/off toggle. I click Get Started, it says "Signed in Successfully! Next: Turn on VPN" — but there's no place to do this. It says "Go to the open panel" – what is an open panel? There's an x in a dark circle next to the VPN in the menu bar. It feels like a continuous loop and I'm getting nowhere – that I can tell.

Firefox updated on my macbook pro running Sequoia 15.5 but failed to restore my previously open windows. The option to restore previous session was missing. How can I get my previously open windows back, bearing in mind I'm not not a computer nerd? Thank you, Edouard.

After last auto upgrade of firefox browser, my print function is dysfunctional. When I try to print a broker data page, 2 "boxes" of options on the page I'm trying to print, become open, with long lists of all possible options, when they only show the one option I am using on the real web page I'm using. This takes up 1/2 of the printed page, and moves the data I'm trying to print down so far that I have to print 2 pages to include it all. This is a change which did not occur when printing before the upgrade. If I switch to a safari browser, this does not happen (but I prefer the firefox browser). Help please.

Since updating Firefox from a previous version, the browser no longer displays any Unicode emoji characters. Where an emoji would normally be rendered (👁), the browser instead displays empty space. Websites such as twitter and discord, which use their own artwork for emoji, are unaffected. This has negatively affected my browsing experience.

For illustrative purposes, I will add a series of emoji and include a screenshot of how they are displayed: (😀🙁😡💀). Other characters still display correctly: (β❖♞䷲⎈𐘢𓀺இ). My computer otherwise displays emoji correctly. The issue persists after disabling extensions, and has persisted between computer restarts.

I am using Firefox version 147.0.4 (aarch64) on a Macbook Air running macOS Sequoia 15.5.

I am unable to activate the built-in VPN. I am in a loop of getting started -> Activate Firefox’s built-in VPN for extra privacy and protection' then I click 'Continue' and then I get again back to 'get started'. The built-in VPN never activates. I am signed in while doing that and I am using a macbook to run firefox.

If you go to americangreetings.com, then click on the latest greeting card with ROB LOWE, enter info and then check if everything is OK. When you try to play it, it only plays his voice and there is NO PICTURE AT ALL. Other card will work, but not this one. WHY? It works fine on other browsers I have, but not on FIREFOX! I was having an odd issue the other day, that I now solved by comparing the settings on a working Firefox profile with mine.

For some reason, on one of my multiple Firefox profiles a list of web apps wasn't working. Among them were Discord, Miro Board, and Google Pay. I was suspecting that they all had the same issue, but didn't know what it was at that time.

The security settings were the obvious suspect (Ad-blockers, DNS, HTTPS enforcement etc.) because clearly something was being blocked, however nothing helped. The solution was in the Network settings. (See screenshot) I was using Manual proxy settings from the time I messed with I2P networks (or something similar).

I am not sure why having a proxy to localhost (127.0.0.1) on HTTP would somehow cause very specific major apps to stop working, while others keep working fine, but it happened to me anyway.

For anyone in a similar situation, with those particular apps not working, check your proxy settings.

I have successfully posted a question, and I figured out how to view my post (GilDawson -> View Profile -> My Questions). However, I notice that my screensnatch does not appear with my posting! It is important to illustrate my problem, and I was careful in uploading it, yet I cannot find it and I cannot figure out how to update my post.

I cannot login into a website because they complain that I have an old version of PHP. Is that already included in Firefox? I am using Firefox Vers. 143.0.4 on a MacBook Air with MacOS Big Sur, Vers. 11.7.10 Shall I go to the PHP website and download PHP?

I CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN. I didn't sign UP for the VPN but I'm troubleshooting and the VPN launch happened at the same time I was denied access to Facebook. Can you FIX this problem????? It is infuriating!!!! I can SEE the page and friends can SEE the page which means it hasn't be LOCKED or deleted. I just can't access my own page - not with my phone # or email. Upon restarting my laptop earlier today, I realized that ALL my Firefox bookmarks have disappeared into thin air. Gone (or, rather, "empty") is my bookmarks toolbar, and my bookmark menu, and everything else. What to do? Thank you.

I use a Mac running macOS Sequoia 15.7.2. Each time I attempt to login to https://music.amazon.com, Firefox freezes which then requires me to quit Firefox and restart. Therefore, I need to use another browser to access the site. What is the solution to this issue?

Firefox keeps just not work after I restart my Mac on the latest OS.
