I have uninstalled and installed 4 times now and keep getting the same
I have used Thunderbird for years and is great, I also have never had any problems with Firefox until I installed Win 10 from a clean drive
This is what I keep getting within a shrt few hours of installing it and then vanishes off my desktop and have to install again

When I installed Kaspersky Total Security 2016 on my windows 10 laptop, Firefox became extremely slow. It does not have acceptable performance at all! Without AV it works fine. Additionally, Chrome and the other browsers are all working properly. Of course, Kaspersky affects the overall performance of the machine, but it's acceptable. Except for Firefox... Which is unfortunate, because I'm a fan of it!

Meanwhile there is no red stop sign ad block in the upper right corner of FF. This is 2 hours of my life i will never get back and I still cannot get past paywall. Is the little red stop sign (which I cannot find in firefox - using most recent version) hidden somewhere other than in the drop down menu on the upper left hand side?? It's not in the drop down menu.
I am ready to kill everything and start fresh with Tor. That's drastic but I have been directed in circles for too much time. Life is short and I am no longer entertained with this mess.

I disabled Kaspersky and tried to start Firefox. I am running Windows 10 on a new Asus laptop. My daughter has a new laptop running Windows 10 and Kaspersky and she's not having a problem. I can't click on the "Automatically add" link because I'm in Edge. I can't start Firefox.
