I realise both the device and firefox 8.3 (5826) are end of life. Just defaulted this old tablet and wanting to setup sync again., it scans the QR code but no more.

Is there any manual / otherway of getting sync on it at all ?

The latest update has removed 1Password from its system. How do I get it back please? This will be the difference between me continuing to use Firefox or removing it.

I've tried all your "Help" and "Support". No success. There is no Sync and Save on my iOS, so I cannot sync with my desktop Firefox. I would like to send a tab (which also does not work) from my iOS to my desktop in Firefox with no success. Could you please have instructions that pertain to your actual version of Firefox on iOS? Mine is up to date. I still need help. I have already synced manually, but that doesn't solve the issue.

Thank you very much for your help! When I´m playing videos on my regular firefox after 2-3 minutes the player stops, saying "This page slows firefox. Please stop playing this video". But this are completely common videos, not youtube or the normal tv-news (as for example "Tagesschau":

Firefox version 109 for iOS introduced the feature to save a fullscreen screenshot of a webpage as a PDF. Is it possible to save it as an image instead?

If not, why? Is it a limitation set by iOS? Doesn’t make much sense to have a PDF of a screenshot.

While using Firefox for iOS to browse the website pages where google map is integrated, getting one pop up with message "Your browser isn't supported". However the browser version is latest from app store. i.e. 109.

V 109 firefox focus. The app will freeze and the force the iPhone to restart. This started happening a few days ago after I updated to the latest version. IOS 16.2

I am running on a mini Mac, OS v, 12.6.2. I have activated the extension (add on) for EZY Photo, but don't know how to get access to edit photos. I've checked in my Mozilla Firefox preferences and the extension is activated. I have not set the extension to private. But don't see a EZY Photo tab on my home page nor do i see one when i open a program like Preview, Photo Booth, Photos, Google Photo. Any suggestions on what I am not doing right?

I own an Intel-based Macbook Pro using iOS 10.11.6, on a 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7 machine. Which version of Firefox can I download and use on this machine. 16 GB ram and 15 inch, late 2011 model?

My apps are automatically updating so I cannot tell what triggered these crashes. But Firefox now crashes continuously, as soon as I start the app.

I am running an up to date iOS 15.6 on iPhone XS.

It is impossible to use Firefox on my iPhone, not even for one second.

I hope you can fix this.

Hello, I get the 500 Error screen when trying to sync Firefox on my phone. When trying both scan or email. ( I had to erase the app after having signed out, to try and fix a bug. The app kept freezing) Can't seem to find any help from Firefox's... elaborated support system. I'm probably dumb. But I don't have any more time for that. And I can't speak with anyone anywhere apparently.

Waiting for a potential answer here, or switching back to Safari in 24h.

I have not been able to get my Firefox iOS app and desktop to sync. On both my desktop and phone logins are selected for syncing but each device has its own list of logins which they wont share with each other. I can sync tabs and send tabs from desktop to my phone and the same the other way around. The only thing that doesn't seem to sync is passwords/ logins.

I have uninstalled the app on my phone I have logged out and back in I have cleared connected devices on my account and relogged in

None of the above have worked in getting my device to sync.

When I do a fresh install I only get back the logins that I've manually entered onto my phone. It seems to have it's own list separate form the desktop and neither device is sharing login sync.

Any help would be appreciated, I have 300+ logins on my desktop version and have only manually moved over a small handful to my phone because manually doing so is a pain and they won't sync if I update one on the phone or computer to the other device.

I'm on iOS 109 and desktop version is 109.0 (64-bit). I have been trying for weeks on and off to resolve this issue.

Since today, tapping and holding a link would use the same preview method as Safari, where it would show you a preview box that could show either a preview of the website or just the URL, switched by tapping the top right of the box. Now it uses its own preview mechanism and there is no option to show only the URL and nothing else. Could you please add such an option on the box? Thank you in advance.

The first Tab that pops up upon opening Firefox does not pick up the entire word/subject I am looking for. I use an Ipad/IOS and my search engine is Bing. When I type in the subject I am searching for, only half of the first word is picked up. I have to move to the next open tab to retype the word. It only happens on the first tab. Example: looking for Genealogy. It only picks up “ealogy” the first 3-4 letter ALWAYS MISSING. Can someone help. Thank you, Lynn
