After updating Mozilla Firefox to the latest version, it changed the default language from English (US) to German (DE) although English (US) is currently selected as the default language. It will not change back to English (US)

I have installed thunderbird but it won't open. Get the crash reporter with the message: Thunderbird had a problem and crashed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but with the same result.

I didn't know there was a non-ESR version of Thunderbird until I found out by chance a few days ago! Since the latest update to ESR 128.5.2 has crashed 11 times this week, I would like to move to the latest version (64 bit?) non-ESR. There must surely be an official Mozilla step-by-step guide to doing this?

I have Thunderbird v. 102.15.1 installed. I do not want to update to v. 115.16.2. I have set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Thunderbird\DisableAppUpdate = 1. This worked for several months. However yesterday when I turned my computer on, I found that Thunderbird had updated to v. 115.16.2. After a great deal of fruitless attempts to downdate it again, I finally restored all of my C: drive from a backup I'd fortunately made just the day before. That worked and brought back v. 102.

However when I turned my computer on this morning, I found that once again Thunderbird had updated to v. 115. When I go to Menu > Help > About Thunderbird, it shows a window saying "Updates disabled by your system administrator". Yet "disabled" or not, Thunderbird updates itself! (I don't know what "system administrator" means - it's my computer and I'm the "administrator".)

How can I keep Thunderbird from updating without my permission?

On the newest firefox update on Windows PC My PDF reading has been not displaying PDFs correctly on Firefox I tested on other PDF views and they work as normal (All images are normally white with black text PDFs) Sometimes it displays nothing at all (as seen in Image 1) Some pages will display correctly but the rest won't (as seen in Image 2) Some pages will display text but strangely (as seen in Image 3) It does flash white sometimes while scrolling but it still doesn't show text

Upgraded from old WIN10 pc to a new WIN11 pc. After installing Thunder Bird on new pc, I need to transfer all my old local files and old address book(s)... but can't find any address books and don't even know what file name(s) to look for. Thanks for your help. David Leeder

A recent update from Norton 360 stopped my email accounts from connecting (123-reg and gmail). It was refusing to recognise certificates from the relevant sites. I have reported this to Norton, but in the meantime I have had to disable Email Protection within Norton 360 in order to get things working again.

missing Thunderbird profiles: Thunderbird works on my windows 11 box but, ]\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles can't be found. I see others have the same issue, all recently uploaded as I am doing now, so something must have happened. None of the suggested fixes have helped. Has anyone come up with a strategy that works? Thanks for any help or direction.

Running Firefox on macOS Sequoia 15.0. Afternoon of Tuesday, 8 October, Firefox abruptly ceased loading any pages. I eventually learned of the malware incident and downloaded Firefox 131.0.2 last night and overwrote the existing file. It worked for a brief moment, then also ceased functioning. Have downloaded 131.0.2 several times now, with no further success. Currently dead in the water with Firefox, and stuck with Safari. :(

Hi, Could you lease tell me how to update my Firefox. iPad current Firefox version is 132.1 and with this version I was denied service at my chase mobile bank. They required most recent version and I can’t figure out how to ask Firefox to update itself. It usually happens automatically so I never really paid attention. Thank you Andrew

This latest version doesn't work properly, (unable to download videos), and i want to return to the earlier version but i don't remember what it was. How do i find out my previouse version? Only the supported mac versions are listed on the older versions download site. How can i access all firefox versions through 131,0?
