I've been using firefox for last 15 years now to do my online banking with RBC. As of 2 weeks ago it has failed to open online banking on the RBC website. Google chrome however works. When speaking to RBC customer support they say it is a problem with firefox and will likely go away once firefox updates to a newer version.
Hope you can help with this issue since my browser of choice is firefox. Thanks

I was having issues playing videos. All I would get was a black screen, but I could hear the audio. Although some videos, like facebook shorts, played just fine. And I could view videos in other browsers. Tried several things I saw suggested on threads having the same issues, but ultimately I uninstalled firefox and then reinstalled it and it seemed to have fixed the issue. Hopefully this helps others having the same issue. I tried to suggest it on a few of those threads but they were locked.

The error he is getting is as follows:
Error: Server sub5.mail.dreamhost.com has disconnected. Server may have gone down or it may be a network problem.
I tried to find a solution for this on the forum, but could not. I appreciate your help.

I have tried a couple things but am currently not all that savvy and just want them to work! They will play fine in Opera, but I hate switching browsers just for that site.

I'm asking this on behalf of my mom, as she can't access her email. Her ability to receive emails suddenly stopped and she is unable to send them as well. After entering her primary password, a message pops up saying "Sending of password for user (her email address) did not succeed". After selecting "Okay," another pops up saying " Login to sever mail.indra.com with username (her email address) failed. I've attached screenshots of both messages.
I tried changing her password and changing her account name to match her email address, as per answers I read on here to similar issues. Neither one worked. Does anyone know how to fix this? She is now nearly a week behind on emails. Thank you!

The last day or two, I notice that once I have multiple tabs open in firefox, I cannot move/drag them around anymore in the tab bar, changing their order.
To date, I have restarted windows, restarted firefox, made sure both Windows AND Firefox are fully up to date (On a PC), and I have even tried starting FireFox in safe mode- I still cannot drag tabs.

I choose to use FireFox when viewing video content. Only I have this persistent issue when I'm watching/listening a video/podcast and I need to goto a different Tab/Page or use an App or perform a different task, when I return to the tab with paused video it will reload and then the video page will refresh or re-open back to the video list/menu. This causes me to lose my position in the timeline and must find my place again manually. I've noticed this happens after a certain amount of time has passed, not much though, like 60 seconds or so, maybe more. This is frustrating and time consuming and I've noticed this doesn't occur in many chromium based browsers. That said, I strive to avoid google altogether and would rather stick it out with Firefox.

I also did get the attached message, wasn't forsure if this was apart of the issue?
I have tried to dump the preferences, clear cache, restart, clear history.
I am running windows 10 and lately Firefox is continuing to crash. I tried all the suggestions thus far and even installed a fresh download.
