Steps to reproduce : - go to YouTube - open a video - press the full screen button or tilt the phone sideways to trigger full screen - Firefox crashes and forces back to home screen - if opening Firefox again only half of the video component shows as in portrait mode, rest is black screen - if attempting to go side/full screen does properly show the video, but going back again to normal screen still shows the half black screen

I can reproduce this with a almost 100% rate, it only fixes itself by restarting Firefox, where it will work until phone is put to sleep mode.

I tried reinstalling Firefox from scratch, as well as deleting my browser cache and it didn't fix.

My Trash folder is filling up with folders that won't go when I "empty" trash. Instead it creates a new copy "folder(2)" when I try to delete the folder. My trash folder is becoming a hige tree of useless folders..... I would dearly like to bring back version 102 instead of the buggy "Supernova" with its ugly interface.....

I updated to latest version of Thunderbird 102.14.0 on 4th August and thereafter all emails being sent by me are being blacklisted by spamhaus.

When i put in a request to Whitelist, it changes for some time and again all mails sent from my inbox are getting blacklisted. The message which i get is as under:

"Your IP address is either exhibiting suspect behavior, is misconfigured, or has a poor sending reputation.

As a result, the IP is listed in the CSS Blocklist (CSS)

Click on Show Details to see if you can request a delisting from this blocklist. This will also display any further information we have relating to this listing."

We have checked with our internet service provider, my email server works perfect. We have checked with ISP there is no problem there too as my colleague uses same network but different mail (outlook) works perfectly.

Please help as I am unable to use Thunderbird for sending emails. While I can receive emails.

For the past few days, when I try to log on to PlayStation on Firefox, the sign-in page sits on a loading swirl after inputting email. There's a clear memory leak shown on Task Manager. The menu bar's right-click doesn't draw properly. FF can't be closed and needs to be terminated. The only extension I have is uBlock Origin disabled for this site.

This website works on Edge.

Hi, I use the apple iCloud calendar on Firefox. iCloud calendar has recently updated and now I can't use backspace when editing events in the calendar. It isn't a problem with other browsers such as Google Chrome. Other people have had similar issues, posted on an Apple forum.

right click menu copy not clickable,cant copy but when I hit ctrl + c and copy something first then i can copy within the right menu fine with the same site, and no this is not a site issue chromium works just fine.

Since the last update of thunderbird the program keeps asking passwords over and over again from my multiple outlook/hotmail email accounts. Annoying and time consuming. The settings are all ok.

The initial problem was that deleted messages reappeared in my inbox. I have followed the instructions for deleting the trash folder, selecting all files that have trash in them from my ImapMail folder in Thunderbird Profiles and restarting Thunderbird, but the Trash file appears corrupted upon reopening (multiple tries over the past few weeks). It also appears with a subfolder X that is corrupted and that I cannot delete.

This is my last try before giving up on Thunderbird after many years.

I have two Hotmail accounts set up on Thunderbird with different pass words and identical server settings that have both been utterly reliable for many years on TBird. For the last week one of them cannot send. A large window for connecting to the outgoing server opens for a moment and then the email freezes and eventually times out. The other sends normally as do all my other email accounts on TBird. I have no trouble when I use x-notifier neo in any browser, so the problem is just on TBird and not on the Hotmail system.

I've noticed this issue happening randomly, some of my toolbar bookmarks listed on the sidebar just up and disappear from view. As if they were never there. But I know they're still saved because when I click to Manage Bookmarks and check them there, they show up fine. The toolbar just randomly hides them for whatever reason, and I can only fix it by closing Firefox and opening it again.

I'm on the current version. I remember accessing about:support and clicking on Verify Integrity while trying troubleshoot some other issue, but don't know if that could've caused it though.

Firefox on my android phone (OnePlus Nord N200) won't load any web pages and there is a red line across the lock icon in the address. This is happening to any web page I try to open. I am not getting any error messages and the browser home screen shows my open tabs. When I click on them (or if I do a new search) all I get is a blank page and the address with the red line across the lock. No problem with Chrome, nor with Firefox on other mobile devices.

Good morning I use the spam filter intensively and it can't be avoided that sometimes mails are filtered out that are not spams. I then look in the filter log and can find the erroneous entry that way. At least since the last update, the log can no longer be accessed. At least because I call the log only irregularly. The last call was about 4 weeks ago. Updates are installed automatically, so always up to date. I ask for support in troubleshooting.

When I first open Firefox from my home screen it opens up minimized in the top left corner and I have to click the minimize button and then the un-minimize button to get it to open full screen.

We get our email through GoDaddy, hosted on Outlook. For years we have accessed this email through Thunderbird, but about a month ago we were kicked off and have not been able to sign-in or download any new emails through Thunderbird. We are able to sign onto Outlook through the browser with our passwords no problem, but using the same emails on Thunderbird gives us the attached error message. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success.

Thunderbird 102 has been working great since I installed it a few months ago. That is until last night, 20 June 2023, when Thunderbird suddenly stopped sending emails. It receives emails just fine, but suddenly stopped sending emails. My email service is through Spectrum, part of Charter Communications.

I spoke to technical support at Spectrum today, 21 June 2023. He checked my account and everything looked good. He had me login to my email account via the Spectrum Webmail link. I logged and was able to send an email just fine. Also, I have and iMac, iPhone, and iPad Pro. All of my Apple computer and both of my mobile devices send and receive emails just fine, no change there.

Spectrum tech support says it is not Spectrum and I should check with Thunderbird tech support. I him I had not upgraded Thunderbird since I installed version 102, so as far as Thunderbird goes, nothing has changed.

That leaves me with the question, why did Thunderbird suddenly stop sending emails and what changed?

Please help me out. I have to be able to send emails from my Windows 10 PC.

Hi I'm experiencing slowness especially in youtube thumbnails scrolling down. when video is playing if I click on settings to choose video quality etc it takes like 2 minutes to even open. This slowness not present in edge browser. I want to try older ver but I thought if someone might experiencing same or know what might be the problem
