I have encountered performance issues on my webite Gulfcareerz.online while using Firefox Focus for Android. I've noticed significant delays in page loading and occasional misalignment of elements. Ever since the past week or so, when watching a video and rotating my phone to landscape, the video will not expand to landscape. There is a very tiny box center mid at the top that is the video but the the full window is gray. I have pixel 5 with up to date android.

Videos in portrait play normally, but whenever they are rotated to landscape or fullscreened, they just display a gray screen. Audio still plays correctly but video does not work

You have firefox focus browser, firefox focus browser (beta), firefox focus beta for testers and firefox focus nightly (early access). I tried all 4 of them but i couldn't find any difference between the 4 types of firefox focus. So i was wondering why does those 4 exist if there is no difference or am i missing something?

I have made two Complaints to Google!! I explained in Detail that i have Stopped the many Google Play Store Permisions and why? I installed Google Go and gave the App all the Permissions it asks for! I downloaded it from Google Play! Their own site! I was amazed to see a question Do Not Use This For Search? Then i changed search engines as Google were Emailing me Non Stop! So i put focus as my Default Browser and they would not let me Backup my Phone but i have a 2nd email even though my main email for 35yrs is the same? Then if i dont give Permissions to Google Play Wallet wont work and on it goes! Its Blackmail pure and simple i never asked for thd App to begin with? Do i change everything back??

Video play screen goes blank when rotating to landscape. All controls disappear, sound continues. Blank grey screen is locked in landscape position with no. Only solution is force-close and reopen. Android One UI 5, Android 13, Samsung S20+ 5G

I can't figure out why Firefox Focus for Android is opening Amazon links by default. It isn't set as the default browser, as far as I can tell it doesn't have anything set to open by default. Usually I have the option to choose which browser to open a link with because I have multiple browsers installed.

I'm using a Galaxy s22 Ultra running Android 13. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Simple: Will there ever be more than four shortcuts within Firefox Focus for Android? This is the only limiting factor I don't understand. I love this browser for everything else it does better than the standard Firefox, but this is the limiting factor... I would understand if the screen would be full, but it is not. A 4x6 matrix, maybe adjustable in the options how much, fits perfectly on probably all mobiles. The "put shortcuts on mobile desktop" is not a solution, that is already full enough as it is.

Hey, just wanted to bring awareness to the popout video player being broken in FFfocus on android (on my samsung S21, anyway) as of the latest stable FFfocus update.

As i move the video box up my screen, the video shrinks down, and the box gets filled by a black border. By the time the video player is at the top of the screen, the whole box is pure black.

P.S. this is a throwaway email (sorry), so i wont be able to respond. I just wanted to give a heads up, and the google play rep, told me to make a post here.

I have a 8" Android 10 tablet with FF Focus as a default browser. Half the width of screen is taken by four buttons (back, forward, reload and trash). On the phone I only have one (trash). I'd like to have similarly simple view on the tablet with only one button in front of address bar instead of four, since on a small tablet this creates clutter (often I can't see even a short address, only a domain name fits). Is it possible to achieve?

I used the "add to shortcut" a few times and indeed I have a few items in the Firefox focus home. Now when I open the menu it never shows the "add to shortcut" option. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm using Firefox focus for a long time but i wondered why there weren't any add-ons like ublock origin. So i taught maybe the beta or nightly version haves it but that's a no too. So i was wondering if mozilla is gonna work further with firefox focus or did they just dropped it because there weren't really any updates lately except bugs things. Another question how do i remove firefox focus beta and nightly out of the play store?

I added a new Search Engine, however they use different endpoints for the normal search string, and autosuggestion string. As a result, the normal Firefox Focus "Get Search Suggestions" doesn't necessarily work for this engine.

The normal endpoint is /search/?q=%s, but their autosuggestions are at /api/autosuggest?q=s

After using Firefox focus for a while on the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra I will sometimes start seeing screen flickering which will affect the entire OS. Opening my keyboard and doing app switches will show tons of flickering as well but closing Firefox focus seems to make the issue go away.

I have Firefox Focus and I have enjoyed it except for one blaring issue. Without closing it, it sometimes completely restarts and closes every tab. I lose SO much when it happens. Is there ANYTHING that I can do in this instance to retrieve my tabs?

I put in a question on Firefox focus, non sexual, and was sent to pornography site, which blocked my attempt leave site. Firefox focus would not leave the site and each time I pressed the backwards key the site showed more pornography.So I uninstalled Firefox focus. Why does Firefox focus allow the hijacking of its site.
