I use Firefox for many years. Firefox is always synced and I use "Firefox master password".

The problem is that every time I try to sign in my account I see this message: "This account is not active. Please contact an administrator if you believe this is an error. " This message is looks like mozilla's prank, because someone needs to sign in first to get help! As I try to get help, "support mozilla" is drive me to an endless loop in Mozilla.org.

After several minutes (I think about 15minutes) I don't know why and how but I'm in! This is happened every time I try to sign in my account!

Why is so much time consuming and frustrating the way to sign in? What it means "This account is not active." and why don't given a reason why this happens or/and a way to fix? Why I can't just type the UN/Pass to sign in?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my english.

I tried to install lockwise on my mobile, but unfortunately I forgot my password to my account, which contain all the information. Luckily I have access to the associated email also the account is logged in on my laptop. But when resetting the password, I got a warning that I might lose some of my saved password and bookmarks, which I really don't want. Is there still anyway for me save my account without loosing any of my contents ?

I had accidentally deleted the email address I use from my email server before trying to sign back in to Firefox Sync. I added it back, and made sure that it works. However, it is impossible for me to sign in at all any more because I'm getting the "Your Email was just Returned. Mistyped Email?" error.

Please remove my email address from the bounce list so that I can sign in.

I reinstaled Windows on one of my pc's then i tryed to log in but my email provider has frozed my email adress because i wasnt logged in for long time. I reenabled it but now mozilla is blocking me to log in any ideas what i shoud do? Thank you in advice.

I have added firefox@accounts.com to my gmail verified adresses, so I don't know what's wrong. I went through the same confirmation process on my LG G6 (Android 8.0) and everthing works fine. But when I try (on many occasions) to sign in on Firefox Sync on my laptop (with the same email and login of course), I need to wait for the confirmation email, which never comes.
