Hi I just down loaded the Firefox latest version. But I am not able to find the option to "restore previous session" in the new version. With previous versions I didn't have any problem to restore. Any tips on how to restore? Thanks

Does anyone know how to get this thing, or something like it, working. For me, stopped functioning after Fx 89

Help!!! I exported my passwords today to a *.csv file. I have been trying to import them to the same brouser. I have checked the box to allow me to work with the *cvs file (I think), but have not been able to import from the (backup) file I made.

When I activate the 'allow import of passwords' from a *cvs file on Firefox, my only choice is to import a *cvs file from Microsoft Edge, Google, or other (different) browser. My file is an up-to-date export of the passwords, etc, in a *.cvs file today (5 October 2021)

The file is from the current browser which is up-to-date and *.cvs file. It is an export from Firefox.

I need my passwords to do my homework, etc.

Please help me! I've spent hours on this already!!!

We can scan QR code using Firefox in mobile but can we generate QR code in Firefox Web (PC/Mac)? It's very common and useful feature. It's available in Chrome. Then why it's not available in my lovely Firefox?

I accidentally saved my password when using Pay-Pal. I do not want it saved, I want to type it in every time. I contacted Pay-Pal and they said it was Firefox that saved the password, not them. How do I disallow the saving of the password? Thanks

I noticed this when I opened - Settings - Privacy & Security then went to Certificates -View Certificates/Certificate Manager - first three tabs have blank fields, on Servers tab, there are entries, none matching in any way what comes up on the Enterprise Policies tab; on Authorities tab I couldn't find any entry that seemed like what was displayed on the Enterprise Policies tab.

ImportEnterpriseRoots seems to be the "organization" that is controlling my browser poking around I found the following;

what does it mean that my "browser is being managed by your organization"? what should or can I do? TIA.

I always used Bing as my homepage. Firefox will not allow me to change my home page to something outside your defaults. I have tried your instructions (I already knew how to do it as I have used Firefox for AGES). None of those work. It hasn't worked for a number of releases. I want to have the home page I want. There is no "saving" the home page anymore. And just changing and following instructions (even the drag and drop) had NO effect. If it close Firefox and reopen it, I am back to the defaults. I am kind of getting to the point that if I cannot save my settings anymore I just think I finally need to switch browsers to one that does.

my computer died so I couldnt properly export the bookmarks. How do I import them from a different harddrive (old c) into my new harddrive? Dont know where they are in firefox. Can I cut.paste?

Or can I import my old IE favorites into firefox, again couldnt export the old ones and they are on an old hard drive I can no longer boot from (new motherboard needs win 10, old HD had win 7).

I had a few sites send me notifications for interesting articles with Chrome. Just like any app I would get a notification on my phone for the app event, in this case an article on that site, so if I clicked it it'd take me to Chrome and directly to that site and the article. After switching to Firefox I went to those sites and signed up for notifications. But when I get the notification and click it all it does is open Firefox. It never takes me to any of the corresponding sites or the articles. It's very frustrating.

Firefox for desktop is not syncing passwords from Firefox on Android.

I had to reinstall Windows on my PC and downloaded Firefox, but the passwords are not syncing from my Android to my PC. All my bookmarks, address, etc synced, but not my passwords. HELP!!! I do not use a master password.
