why does my firefox browser 91.0.2 stay in full screen when i go into full screen. I can't get out of full screen. I used the windows key to try to close firefox but it doesn't work either. I have to force shutdown laptop to get out of full screen by shutting down pc. How can I fix this problem?? Thank you in advance.

Fire fox has misleading prompts I had went on the support site and I purposefully did NOT press "to post my question to a community forum" it has myinfo in the freaking post as i thought i was contacting support please be more clear as when you put the big purple square that says post to community if i wanted to then i would have proceeded to click the big purple box, but since I clicked get help I did not assume I would be posting to a forum, I'm glad I put the email that's already been around the world at least. Maaaaan,...thats sooo dirt! Misleading prompts sick! So can any one tell me how do I actually get in contact with actual technical supports or maybe how to contact moderators to have my information removed. I had tried to alert them to how I accidentally accessed a website with a virus to make internet safer. Now my email is posted but at least everyone knows exactly where not to go if they don't want a virus. Exclude me but it's slightly frusting so please BE AWARE THAT ALL PROMTS I'VE PRESSED☆ TO AVOID ☆ POSTING PUBLICLY ☆HAS STILL☆ POSTED MY ISSUE PUBLICLY.I' ALSO A bit frustrated because I don't see any options anywhere to access a moderator so just saying if y'all don't want your query public...oh well, it will be!Ughz gotta research how to edit now time I didn't want to waste with a warning or alert and more computer skills school I guess it serves me. In delete history settings I would assume that the deletion of history option is there to avoid anyone picking up the phone (including a repairer) and seeing where one has been. I'm surprised that there isn't an option to close all tabs within say 10 minutes and 1 minute. Could this option be ae please.

Hi,

I am on a Mac Pro running High Sierra. Everytime I launch Firefox I get a error message that "this file may harm your computer" which is a .dmg in my downloads toolbar. I think I clicked on a bad link. I have cleared my cache and history and it still always pops up. I do not want this file nor do I want it to give me this warning everytime I launch Firefox.

Any advice is helpful.

Исправьте ошибки. Браузером невозможно пользоваться по памяти вслепую. Нет ряда кнопок, нельзя подключить дополнение, нельзя убрать с главного экрана вкладки/закладки, при поиске необходимого посредством функции "найти на странице" нельзя переключиться между вариантами поискового результата, потому что отсутствуют кнопки стрелок. Уже 10 раз обновился и ничего не исправлено!!!!

I did not choose a BETA VERSION. I have used FIREFOX since VERSION 1.0. IT USED TO BE THE BEST BROWSER EVER CREATED. BUT NO LONGER. WE use Firefox to accomplish things, not to debug BETA versions all day. One day I wake up and you FORCED rel 89.0 on us and it turned the whole WEEK to crap. I had 6 consecutive crashes the other day. Today I had 5 consecutive crashes. I had to turn my PC off and give it and me a rest. I did not ask for a BETA, even to leave rel 88. YOU 'forced' it on us with your "you have no other chooses if you want to continue using FIREFOX attitude. And all you can say is: Go BACK to 'stable rel 90 AND CREATE A NEW PROFILE? DO you have any idea how hard it is for us, a USER to CREATE A NEW PROFILE FROM SCRATCH?

THIS MAKES NO SENSE, YOU CRAM A "BETA" ON US, IT CRASHES A HALF DOZEN TIMES A DAY and your answer is to go back to a stable version YOU FORCED ON US? Then we spend a day or two creating a NEW PROFILE until you force ANOTHER BETA on us to test for you? You can't let us stay on a STABLE version like rel 88 until you work out the bugs then "tell us" there is one available and advise us to INSTALL IT? THIS IS CRAZY, let alone "Professional".

Frequently after an upgrade my FF (91.0b7 (64-bit)) on Win 10 reverts to the previous version. I only notice it because I start getting prompts to upgrade.

Frankly, I'm pretty clueless and sick of Windoze but determined to not resort to Chrome or hEdge. ANY suggestions to help figure what's happening (and hopefully how to prevent it) will be greatly appreciated.

I really dislike the look of the tabs in the newest version. A floating bubble, not connected to the page, for the active tab? And the inactive tabs are connected, but there is no separation between the tabs? Aside from uninstalling the latest version and installing a previous version, is there a way to restore the look of the previous version? Maybe an add-on? If I have to reinstall an old version I'll probably just switch over to a different browser.

I was a chrome user but when I know about Firefox beta for my HTC 10 evo I start using firefox. But from the starting till now it keeps crashing. Whenever I was in an important work like survey Firefox beta crashed constantly. I have reported and send mails to support several times. But they didn’t give me solutions of this problem.I really want to use and be an permanent member of mozilla. Please do something about this.
