I am trying to disable Firefox notifications whenever I take screenshots, and googling for solutions, I found the commonly suggested solution is to uncheck the "Pause notifications until Firefox restarts" box in Permissions:

This option is not available in my browser version; thus, I'm hoping there's a newer workaround for this.

I mean I guess it was most likely part of the developer teams goal of completely ruining Firefox mobile, but in case it wasn't. Why WHY in the name of all that is holy is this not a feature? If i want the desktop site, and set's it manually it usually loads just fine. But if i sneeze or think about changing tabs or clicking a link, it reverts to the crappy mobile version... I want it to default to the desktop site.....

Version 91 is causing double spacing on drop down menus, ie: bookmarks. In previous versions we were allowed to change to single spacing, but not on 91. When will firefox fix this issue and go back to single spacing? Because of this issue I re-installed version 90 and will not update to future versions unless fixed.

I've noticed I've had a number of new Firefox updates recently. I've also noticed it takes much longer to load my initial web site when I log into Firefox. That web site is my head page, MSN. It now takes much longer to load that site than before. Is it possible these updates have caused the problem? How can I see what is causing the lengthy wait time for my head page to appear. It takes much longer than it used to. Appreciate input into the issue. Thank you.

I am trying to install firefox on an ssd other than the C: boot drive but I do not get the custom install page + the installer doesn't give me the option to select it... Any help? Ram

Is there a way to refresh a page on Firefox for Android by dragging down the viewport?

I use it all the time on Opera for Android and it's really helpful.

Wondering if you can enable that option or where to request that feature for a new version of the browser.

I play cards at cardzmania.com using Firefox. If I exit Firefox and reload it, cardzmania remembers exactly where I was. Formerly, I could stop this by clearing the cache files at c:/users/user_name/AppData/Local/Temp andc:/users/user_name/AppData/Local/Mozilla. This no longer works. Even if I use Privazer to clear temporary Internet files, cardzmania remembers me.

In short, Mozilla is storing user data in a file I can't find and empty.

This disturbs me.

I'm not terribly concerned about cardzmania taking over my computer for nefarious purposes or spying on me, but the inability to find and delete files that permit cardzmania to remember who I am means other programs could do the same.

I've been watching various video streamers (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) without any issues and then without warning first Peacock's site returned an "incompatible device" error, then Netflix, Hulu, and another service all returned outdated browser errors (see attached Hulu error screen). My basic system info (from safe mode):

My bookmarks on my toolbar have disappeared and can not add to it. Tried instructions about this with no success. Why did they disappear? Why is this? So frustrating. Is there a video to better illustrate how to fix this.

Hello how are you? I'm seriously considering switching to Firefox Browser to have more control over my privacy. However, the university makes use of Google Meet and the background is only enabled for Google Chrome and Chromium bases. So, I would like to know if there is how (modification in config, extension) to enable the functions. Thanks!

In some SSL enabled websites I see "411 Length Required" error. When I change browser everything works great. It seems, that only Firefox has this issue. Additional text showed in error page:

Length Required A request of the requested method POST requires a valid Content-length.

How to fix this issue? Any ideas?

I tried to download a PDF file, but the download failed. However, Mozilla still thinks it's downloading, shows the download meter (stuck on about 10%), and shows the file in the downloads list, even though I have deleted it from the list ("Clear downloads"). Clicking the "X" next to the file name also does nothing. What's up?
