Does anyone know why Twitter will not load properly for me? It works just fine in Chrome.
Twitter loads just fine for me in Chrome but on Firefox the content takes forever to load and sometimes doesn't load at all.

Unable to open Word and Excel documents from within SharePoint. This has never been an issue but now the error message is shown. "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (ms-word) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context." The documents should either open in the browser or trigger the desktop app. Installing older versions hasn't fixed this.

My Firefox crashes all the time, but never creates a Crash Report in About:Crashes & never send me a notice about crashing. Many actions cause it to crash. Here are some: downloading from another site; printing from email like emailed tickets; clicking on some items in Firefox Options, opening a second window in Firefox.. There seems to be no specific pattern. I have uninstalled & installed again several times. & I have also updated. Nothing helps or stops the crashing. It is very frustrating & inconvenient. I have run anti-virus & malware scans. I prefer Firefox to Chrome, but may have to change my default browser if this crashing problem cannot be fixed. Please advise. I listen to Pandora.com music while on my pc. Received a message that my computer doesn't allow it to Autoplay (just start playing music, when I login). Went through the steps, and option to save Pandora to Autoplay list is non existant.
These are the instructions: - Click the menu button (3 horizontal lines on toolbar), select Options - Click the Privacy & Security panel. - Scroll down to the Permissions section. - Click on Autoplay Settings
Here is where the problem is ... I have it set "block audio & video". I should be able to type in Pandora's web address and Firefox should find it.

internet has gotten seriously slow on my win 10 machine. just changed the dns server for not noticible difference. seems to be some kind of delay when ever i try to open a new page. sucks since i got a side by side win 7 (better all around than 10) which has not been affected lately. its almost unbearable sometimes upto 10 seconds delay...anyone know why this is doing this?

I search through log files regularly which is done in some circumstances through a browser, today for example I was searching through a large iptables firewall log, looking for excessive packets from certain ip addresses. I wanted to search for strings that show "100 packets" but the number needed to be 100 or more. In the attached screenshot is an entry for 418 packets for example. I tried using syntax for regular expressions with \d1[0-9][0-9]* but nothing was found, I could not tell if regular expression searches worked in the Find in page box. Does anyone know if this works and if so, what is the syntax?

For any similar instance that doesn't work or act weird in Firefox, switch to Chrome will solve everything. I just hate Chrome for the difficult to use UI and bookmark compared to Firefox and most importantly, no separate searchbox.

I recently had to wipe my MacBook Air clean thus prompting me to download Firefox - version 70.01 (64-bit). I set up all of my work websites, history, passwords, emails, etc., but every time I close the browser and try to open it again, nothing is saved. I've tried several times and I am at a loss. Yes, I have created a Firefox account, and even this won't leave me logged in if I close the browser. I have to start over every time. Any advice?

I am running Windows 10 Pro 2019 upgrade. My default printer is set in control panel to my Canon MF260 and is automatically selected by several apps, word, wordperfect, excel etc., however Firefox always selects another printer a Canon iP7250 colour that I don't use often, so each time I want to print an email I have to remember to select my default printer before printing. There seems to be nowhere in the Firefox setup to set the default printer.

Hello. I simply want an easy browser. I would really like to avoid ALL the bells and whistles. I also would like to prevent ANY information collection by ANYONE or background communications. I am also looking to find a product that will remove ANY and ALL cookies on demand and ALL temporary internet files, and especially "customized advertising" whose main purpose seems to be presenting me with the same search results regardless of the desired search. That being said I do not want to spend a month studying firewall configuration or how to set up firefox. Any chance I can get step by step guide to enable maximum protection while providing the minimum of information Thank you for ANY assistance

VoiceOver will only read the Firefox application window and nothing within it. VoiceOver is listed as available for Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/accessibility-features-firefox-make-firefox-and-we but not a single site is readable by VoiceOver.
