I'm having constant BSODs on Firefox when browsing the web. It seems random, sometimes appears on facebook, youtube, other sites.
I've disabled hardware acceleration in FF but it didn't help. I'm using Win7 which is up to date.
I don't know what other info would be needed so please let me know and I will provide it.

On 1 out of 4 Windows 10 computers, Firefox's standard file dialog (open, save, etc) displays almost completely full screen and cannot be resized. The screen shot shows that Restore and Minimize are greyed out, indicating that the dialog thinks it is in "normal" mode. Things I have tried to no avail:
- Alt-Space > Move or Size has no effect. The cursor does not change to the appropriate resize or move icon and the arrow keys do nothing. In fact, usually after pressing Alt-Space then selecting Move or Resize, the popup menu should disappear and then you are in the selected mode with the arrow keys. In my case the popup menu does not close, as if clicking or pressing enter on Move or Size is not even being recognized.
- Using the mouse at any of the dialog edges or corners- the cursor changes to the appropriate resize shape, but the edge cannot be dragged. Trying to drag on the dialog title bar also has no effect.
- Per some other threads I have tried deleting xulstore.json from my profile folder- no effect
- Running Firefox in safe mode- no effect
I am totally stumped on this and I don't usually stump easily. This was happening on this system with FFox 49, I just updated to 50 but still same issue.
Thanks for any clues or advice!

My college set up their own link to Pearson's Math Lab, where I can access the course and complete assignments. I have other classes that use Pearson's labs and I have no problem accessing any of them-or any other website-, EXCEPT for the math lab. I can access it on my phone when I'm not connected to my wifi, but its hard to do any work on such a smaller screen. I keep getting the same error message when I try to go to the page to log in. I've tried other browsers, clearing cookies and history, reinstalling Firefox, restarting my router for the wifi, and nothing has worked. I have the current version of Windows 10 and Firefox.
The website I'm trying to go to is https://centralaz-mlpui.openclass.com/
The error message is : Secure Connection Failed
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

I've been trying to fix this since this morning, so any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated!

Last night I could no longer play Bejeweled Blitz, Solitaire Blitz, or other Adobe Flash player based games on Facebook using Firefox. The games load but do not respond correctly. I have to click twice on the page to get the view to update. However, these games work correctly in Internet Explorer. This started for me on the night of October 19. I tried four different Flash games tonight, some from different developers, and none of them worked correctly. I tested a Flash game on a site outside of Facebook, and it worked fine.
Adobe Flash Player won't play on some websites.
I found the problem. Make sure the Firefox Options Privacy checkbox labelled "Always use private browsing mode" is NOT checked.

I don't know why - possibly after a firefox update to 49.0.2? But Firefox on Windows 10 is no longer saving or using my saved passwords. When I try to display saved logins, there are none showing. However, I do have intact key3.db and logins.json files, and I can see in logins.json that there are lots of logins stored in there. So I'm sure the data are there, but just not being read.
Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. Refresh didn't help. Synch seems to connect, but doesn't help. Isn't there some command to force the browser to read the saved logins file?

Someone asked this before about a year ago but I didn't find any legit answers. Just suggesting to use a different theme which I don't want to do. Is there an option to disable this or an add-on? If not, Mozilla needs to address this because that thick blue border is just terrible looking.
Also note, this is not because of Windows 10. Windows 10 doesn't put any weird borders around URL box in Chrome or Edge. So I am pretty sure this is a FF issue.

Within the past week, Flash completely stopped working in Firefox 49.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 7. I can get it working at, e.g., http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ if I remove all of my extensions, but as soon as I reinstall, say, Firebug, it's gone again.

I have a desktop and a laptop. Both have identical configurations for Firefox, plugins, add-ons, versions, Windows 8.1 64-bit, permissions. Videos play just fine on my desktop. But the only difference is when I try to play a video on my laptop in the foxnews.com website in normal Firefox mode, videos don't play. If I go to other websites, they do. If I try to play the video in foxnews.com in safe mode, it plays also. If I try foxnews.com video with Firefox in normal mode and all plugins disabled, the video still doesn't play. I have the latest video graphics drivers. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Had a problem with a few websites not loading properly. Did a web search looking for solutions and found suggestion to refresh firefox. It said it would store all bookmarks, etc. Clicked the button, and lost everything. Nothing was imported after the refresh (homepage, bookmarks, I don't know what all). Found directions for copying from old profile to new profile. Found a folder that says "Old Firefox Data," but does not have all my bookmarks in there. Created a new profile and tried copying what bookmarks were there, but still don't see anything but Mozilla's bookmarks in the browser. Refresh didn't fix the original problem (those pages still won't load) and created more problems. How can I get my information back?

I was on a website, reading some information, when suddenly the screen changed to the Firefox logo on an orange background. The screen said I had to download and install a "critical update" for Firefox, but the web address I was to download it from was a long, strange name that I'd never heard of before --- it certainly was NOT from Mozilla. I canceled the download, and the screen disappeared, i.e., returned to the website I was previously looking at.
Was this legitimate or bogus? Should I have downloaded it?
I wish I could remember the web address. Interestingly, when I went to my history to see it, there was no record of the address.
