First of all, THANK YOU for volunteering. I've donated to Mozilla over the years and appreciate this product. Okay, here's my issue....I'm OLD! HA! Onto the pertinent issue I hope can be solved here:

I use Otter ai to transcribe my healing sessions w/ clients (I'm an energy healer-I see dimensions within the human energy field). I'm a "low-end" user (I just made that up) because it's just me. When I try (operative word) to export and actually hit the "export" button, I get this stupid, crappy, dangling box about ChatGPT (see image below). There's no place to respond yes, no, or to close it out. The only thing I can do is hit "escape" to make it disappear but then I'm kicked out of the export process to view the original screen listing my recent meetings.

Specifics: I have a Macbook Air, macOS Sonoma version 14.4.1 w/ an Apple M1 (no idea what all this but assume it's useful for you). FF is my default browser. I use otter thru FF rather than an app on my Mac. In FF settings I've added otter ai to a list that allows website popups. I don't use Chatgpt or whatever it does on otter. I just want to export the text.

Sadly, otter ai customer support has been dismal. So, I've turned to you folks. I'm not super computer savvy, but hope I've done the basics to rule out issues. Oh, I've also logged out then in to Otter, rebooted my laptop a bunch- all the things to reset. Didn't work.

Firefox start crashing after the recent update, I use trial and error and figured it's specifically Youtube. Browsing on other sites, even watching videos from other sites has cause zero issues so far. All my recent crashes all states: "EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT"

I recently did a Clean install on my Windows 11 machine and downloaded/installed Firefox. Now when i sign in to my Mozilla account so i can sync back the extensions and bookmarks that i had it seems like it don't restore the information. I am sign in to the right account. What have happen whit all the information that is associated whit that account? Is everything deleted?

I'm using this shortcut all the time and I recently found out it doesn't work as expected. From the Firefox documentation the ctrl+shift+t should re-open the latest closed tab, but this is not the case for me, it always re-open the latest closed window. Which behave exactly as ctrl+shift+n.

From my short research it's not possible to customize Firefox shortcuts without using an extensions, therefore I also don't know how to verify if the shortcuts have changed just form my browser/configuration.

I have just had Windows 11 reinstalled on my Laptop, I synced everything over from my desktop but Setup VPN and Hoxx icons which would be with other add-ons are missing, I emailed both suppliers. I followed their instructions and found that both add-ons are enabled but no icons. I don't appear to have any overflow, no '>>' I tried uninstalling them but still no icons to enable me to use these.

The problem I encounter has happened since I begin to use Firefox on Windows 11. The same problem happened to my Macbook as well, but a workaround is available. While with Windows 11, I can't find the solution anywhere on the web. Whenever I type on the browser, if I write a non-character notation right behind the word (like "this,"), the word would usually auto delete itself or sometimes, the word clone itself out (e.g, wordword, thisthi, etc.) or it deletes a small section of words right behind that non-char. I don't have insert turning on. I am quite uncertain whether you can reproduce this error on your laptop (for me, I have been through 2 windows 11 laptop and this error still persist). This error seems to only occurs for Vietnamese (Telex and VNI) default keyboard from Microsoft, Russian and English work fine. I suspect that it is caused by Microsoft Vietnamese, but I have unchecked all kind of spelling checking on settings. So should I use a third-party Vietnamese language typing for this situation or does it caused by something else?

This latest version doesn't work properly, (unable to download videos), and i want to return to the earlier version but i don't remember what it was. How do i find out my previouse version? Only the supported mac versions are listed on the older versions download site. How can i access all firefox versions through 131,0? The Chromebook is slow anyway. I have searched the web and settings on the Chromebook and in apps. I cannot find any Startup controls or way of stopping several apps from loading. I use Linux elsewhere and am at least half savvy. it's hair pulling time...

I keep the browser open and at some time my C drive has limited disk space.(~100mb) Then extensions stop working and after a browser restart, all extension data are lost. In my opinion current extension data shouldn't be lost even if disk space is limited.

There is a crash every time I open the browser. I tried the flatpack and system package and to no avail.
