Yesterday I have updated tp macOS 15. Sine then I have trupuble displaying any webpages in Firefox 130. Th econnection just times out. Any other browser such as Brave, Safari, Home, Edge are still working as before teh update. How to fix this please?

Hello, I checked my RAM and has no problems, but my Firefox crashes every time, with every tab.

My Firefox has apparently lost Unicode support for Arabic, but only for Arabic: Persian letters (which AFAIK use the same alphabet!) display just fine. The attached screenshots show the problem via Wiktionary excerpts. Note that while the Arabic text appears only as boxes, the Persian, Azerbaijani, Ottoman Turkish, etc. texts all work just fine. It's clearly not a problem with encoding more generally -- languages as rare as Old Persian, Avestan, and the IPA appear normally. For some reason it's only Arabic that's broken.

What's going on here? How can I fix it?

I try to login to github that require passkey to login, I use my USB C yubikey, when it comes to entering pin time, the keyboard does not show up

Firefox (version 130.0.1 (64-bit)) is not playing audio through headphones. Have tried a number of sites - e.g. YouTube, internet radio stations, news sites.

However, unlike in the above-mentioned support article, the Windows App Volume and Device Preferences settings are set to default.

I have since also tried restarting my PC (Windows 10 ; Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4651) and resetting the App Volume and Device Preferences to the Microsoft default settings (see Image attached).

I also tested and audio plays fine through Chrome browser, VLC media player, Teams and Edge.

the past 4 producers have told me they cant hear me on google meet when i'm on firefox. it worked fine forever, then no one could hear me and i reported it a bunch and it got fixed. now the issue is back again and its been like for probably 4 weeks now.

zero issues on google meet when i try it on google chrome. Zero issues with zoom. its only when I'm on firefox's google videochat that people cant hear my microphone. feels like a repeat issue of what happened months ago when the issue wasnt with me. it was firefox. I've written to google, I've written to firefox. They've had me try a bunch of stuff and nothing is working. Can anyone help me???? Issue persisted before I went to macOS sequoia 15.0 and still persists with latest os. Firefox 130.0.1 (64-bit). I've bee trying to find a solution for this for weeks now:

-i've gone to "allow applications to access the microphone" that looks fine -i've done a new profile, didnt work -i've cleared the cache, didnt work -i've turned off ad blocker for that page, didnt work. -i disabled extensions on firefox, that didnt work.

please help!!!!!!!

Anyone knows how do I make https://yandex.com my default search engine? (in the top bar of the browser). I have attached a screenshot of my settings page. Please have a look at the suspicious lack of an "Add" button 🤔. Despite my efforts, the drop-down menu will not show the available options in the screenshot, you will have to take my word for it, the only available options in that menu are: Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, eBay and Wikipedia (en).

P.S. The settings page in Firefox must change really often, as I seen so many people suggesting many outdated methods online.

I am experiencing an issue with YouTube and some other websites not loading properly in Firefox. The sites continuously try to load but never fully display. I've attached a video link demonstrating the problem for reference: Video Link Video Link.

Could you please look into this issue? I’ve tried clearing the cache and disabling extensions, but the problem persists.

Since version 122 there is a problem with installing the Szafir SDK Web extension. It is necessary to be able to submit signatures online. After installing version 121, I was able to add the extension. After updating Firefox to version 130, the Szafir SDK Web extension still works, wich is good. The problem is that not everyone will handle it this way.

I tried adding the extension manually, but the same message is always returned. "The add-on cannot be installed because it appears corrupted."

Is there any solution to this problem?

Starting last night, Microsoft wants me to login with my username and password. However, it will not allow me to input those factors. I have Windows 11 and am using a new desktop cube made by KAMRUI. I detest the control Microsoft is forcing on me. Can I delete my MS account? I don't use their products. Also, I am disgusted by their manipulation and invasion of my privacy. What are my options, in this case?

As you can see from the screenshot i provided and as you can read from subject of this very annoying issue Firefox new 130 update has changed my URL bar and now stuff are missing to the point that links to Outlook and some other stuff that were in address bar URL because i wanted them there and now they place has been taken by namely foxovizija.blogspot.com and watchonlyfoolsandhorses.com and ajax.nl/shop just because i watched few episodes of fools and horses on that link same goes for foxovizija and browsed some items in ajax fan shop! I WANT DOES LINK GONE FROM MY URL so i can put links that i want to be in there and FF 130 address bar being populated by only the links i want to be there and stay that way! and one more thing i want to get rid of that ugly search with google thing because i don't even use google,further more once all of a sudden in FF 130 MY BROWSER IS MANAGED BY MY ORGANIZATION ? That was never there before this update ,so with all that has been said and screenshot as proof i beg you and plea on your kindness and knowledge to give me guidance how to fix this URL thing first,then how to remove THIS BROWSER IS MANAGED BY YOUR ORGANIZATION and last but not least how to block further FF updates because every new update is worse then the next and just keep pushing the whole browser down the drain ! I only have a few tabs open at any one time, usually only one or two. I only have adblock plus and bitwarden as extensions. But when I open firefox desktop, even before I've navigated to any page, it is using a few hundred MB to almost a GB of memory.

I found the new "Close Duplicate Tabs" and would like to suggest the following, for improvement for power users.

1) It should be possible to configure an option for what should happen with the duplicate tabs. For example: it should be possible to move all the Duplicate Tabs to a new Window - so I can view all these tabs and compare them (and close them if I want that) Reason: I use a web interface to a database for documentation and sometimes I have more than one tab open with the same article - but the software behind it doesn't notice, it just stores what comes out and so it would happen that an article is accidentally overwritten.

2) According to what criteria are the duplicate tabs compared - can you set options here?

Since this morning I cannot access Lastpass vault in Firefox. I still seem to be signed in and Lastpass is filling password forms. But when I go to the vault I just get a blank screen. It continued to work ok on chrome but I use FF for most of my everyday browsing. I believe that FF was just updated yesterday.

my tabs are crashing all the time whenever i try to open it.this thing is happening from a month as whenever i try to open some tabs for my work its showing that "gah! your tab just crashed!"...... please sovle this problem as fast as possible

When I go on eBay the first website page is fine. However when I click on a link to a product I get weird web pages with a heading "breadcrumb" and the page comes out with only a few images and this strange lot of directional arrows. When I paste the webpage address into another webpage exactly the same problem. When I paste the address into Chrome, no problem, the page comes up correctly with all the images and not this weird page I get with Firefox. I prefer to use Firefox and I would really rather not have to change to Chrome or MS Edge.

I didn't always have this problem, it seemed to have been more recently and seems to be only with eBay. I imagine it's something in the settings that somehow switched and I need to switch it back.
