Unable to export Firefox bookmarks. When I go to 'Manage Bk Mks' it states 'no items' (See attached Print Screen) yet all my bookmarks show in the left hand pane.

Download Web plugin to access my Security DVR. When I type in the IP of the DVR, firefox will momentarily go to the plugin but then says it needs to be downloaded. HELP

I have Firefox currently installed on my Windows 10 computer as a backup browser. Normally I don't run it and it isn't the default browser. However, for the past couple of days the Firefox Crash Reporter keeps popping up when I don't even have Firefox running. I can't see anything running in the Task Manager that looks as if it might be related to Firefox. Why on earth does this keep happening?

I'm trying to setup MFA with DUO Mobile app, and I get past the part where I scan the QR code successfully. However, when it requests that I then enter the code generated by the app it rejects the code each and every time. My DUO app (on iPhone) is updated to the most current version as of today (6/30/2024), and my iPhone is updated to most current iOS version for iPhone 13, as of today. However, after multiple attempts the issue persists.

I'm having issues with videos loading on ANY webiste, YouTube ect.... This started happening very recently out of the blue. Videos work fine on Edge. Additionally, I cannot run Firefox in troubleshooting mode? It crashes. I tried "refreshing" and reinstalling Firefox to no avail. I am using AdAware AV and AVG anti viruses if it matters, I have tired disabling both and loading FIrefox, no changes.

I have noticed in the help section that all sync data is removed if password is reset. I have just lost all my passwords, bookmarks, settings, everything, because I had to format my computer and didn't memorize my firefox password.

Is there any chance at all to have my data restored regardless? I understand I am at fault, but this outreach is my last hope, I guess.

I have been dealing with problems with Firefox and YouTube for a long time. Every time I open a YouTube video in a new tab it would always give me this grey screen that goes away after a long time waiting.

I have tried:

• Refreshing Firefox
• Reinstalling Firefox
• Troubleshoot Mode, which the problem persist in troubleshoot mode so its not an addon
• Tried creating a new profile
• User-Agent Switcher which doesn't work all the time.

I want to avoid going chromium-based browsers but this is making me consider.

How do I stop these recurring update notices? Every 3 seconds. I'll update when I am ready as this current one does not affect me at all. For a while I fell for it, stopped what I was doing and did the ridiculous update, it still continues! I can move on to a different non-Mozilla browser if I have too. Return the option to not update and/or do it manually. FF127.0.2

Dear FireFox, I am writing this E-mail to address a critical issue. So i wanted to set up a password for my firefox browser so that only I can access it. i set a primary password, and it asks me to enter the password when i open my browser. However, when the message appears asking me to enter the password, you can just click "cancel" option or press 'x' it ignores the password and lets me in the browser, essentially rendering the purpose of the password useless. thus anyone can access my browser. i request you to fix this problem. I have saved a lot of shortcuts bookmark on my homepage,yesterday when i opened my firefox,it was all gone and it went back to default homepage. what do i do to recover it.

Problem: When exporting or downloading content from the GUI in the digital forensics tool Velociraptor, underscores are appended to the beginning and end of filenames. File is otherwise downloaded correctly, but removal of underscores necessary if original filename is desired. One hypothesis is that perhaps for security reasons there were changes made in Firefox 127 for how character escaping is performed.

Tested Operating Systems: Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 11 22H2, Windows 11 24H2, macOS Sonoma (14.5) Affected Firefox version(s): Confirmed 127.0, 127.0.1, 127.0.2 Tested Firefox versions which do not reproduce the behavior: 126.x, 125.x > Testing Microsoft Edge, Chromium, Google Chrome on Windows, macOS, Linux: files download with correct name as expected. Testing performed with clean installations on clean VMs with no add-ons enabled.

To reproduce: Download the latest release of Velociraptor from Github (at the time of this writing, 0.72.3) for preferred platform / operating system. Run Velociraptor using the gui switch, e.g. "$sudo velociraptor-v0.72.3-windows-amd64 gui" or "$ velociraptor-v0.72.3-windows-amd64.exe gui" Navigate to Server Artifacts and click the "+" icon at the top Search for Server.Utils.CreateMSI - select and press Launch Select the newly-created flow, click "Uploaded Files" tab and click vfs_path to download the file or, click the Notebook tab and click Download JSON or Download CSV buttons to download JSON or CSV respectively, underscores are appended to beginning and end of filenames.

Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. about a month ago youtube was only letting me watch videos in 720 or 360, as of about a week ago i only have 360. i've disabled every single extension i have and i have firefox version 127.0.2.

i'm not having this issue in edge, so i assume it's firefox specific. anyone know what's going on or what i can do?

I just got this new computer and want to transfer my FireFox bookmarks and history to it. I cannot access my old account because I do not have access to that email anymore, and you require me to get a code sent to that email to log in. That is still on my old computer that was originally running Windows 8, and has been deteriorating ever since Microsoft jammed Windows 10 down it's throat.

I might still be able to export the bookmarks if there is some way to do that.

The best way would be if I could access to that old account without needing to access bonin006@umn.edu my current email is wayne@nano-dyne.com

I need to create a pdf file to share with an agency in another country that does not have Firefox. I am unable to create a simple pdf - all of the files are automatically Firefox pdfs. All attempts to convert this file to a regular pdf have failed. Please help!

When trying to login to my AT&T account from fire fox the page continually refreshes and will not load. Microsoft edge will login fine. Anyone know the solution?
