I just want to put in a request to correct whatever code issues that stopped the plugin xPunge from working starting with TB 140.0.1. I upgraded to this version without knowing there would be this issue. Rather than roll back, I was hoping it would be something that would be resolved quickly, as I know there has been a lot of work on the code for compacting folders recently. I like to keep my folders in good condition, emptying the trash and compacting folders regularly throughout the day. That is a very tedious process when you have four different accounts. xPunge solved that issue nicely. Thanks for the consideration. I have been using these Add-on's for years and suddenly this week they 'dropped off' - note the greyed out ones that no longer work. I did report the add on's via the button inside to the developers as potentially broken but I'm not sure how I would hear anything back from them about that. After about 4-5 days now they are still not working. I'm unsure why they are greyed out, and the others are not - why these stopped working and the others ok. Here are the screen shots of the ones I'm referring to! They were *VERY GOOD* add on's! I would super love them back.

If you have any advice please let me know.

Anyone has any ideas why the extensions does not work properly anymore? Or is in similar situation?

My browser has been updated, as well mentioned extensions (its only 4 of them really). They worked fine for years and now suddenly - when I click on them - there is no response! I refreshed and re-installed the browser as well. Restarting does not help either.

I recently wiped & reloaded my computer. Multi-Account containers re-installed successfully & I see all my containers. The issue is with sign-in to Reddit.com website. If I try to login using a container, I get invalid username or password error. If I login without using a container, it's fine. I am copy/pasting my account info. I tried different containers; same issue. Tried creating a new container; same issue. Try again without using a container; login to Reddit is successful.

need to stop 'HONEY' app.!!!...no changes result to do so when ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES-followed suggestions you provided...will need to stop using of FIREFOX ( used for Years+++) if not successful...

After having upgraded my W11 system to 25H2, I cannot install any extension. Installation terminates with "... something may be broken". I'm using FF 144.0,2. FF is used in more than one account alternatively.

On a second system, with less security measures, I have no problems.

I haven't added a new extension in quite a while and can't remember how to pin it to the toolbar. I've tried clicking on settings and the ... icon, with the extension both open and closed, but can't find "Pin to Toolbar" anywhere. Can someone refresh my memory?

I'm trying to report a rogue version of this add-on, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/feedback/addon/%7B5c474add-03f0-4c67-9479-f32939d7599a%7D/. The actual add-on is fine and works well. Somehow a version, 1.5, got installed and I cannot keep it removed. Whenever I refresh FF, it shows back up. I cannot find any reference to this version on GitHub or on the extensions page. I have uninstalled FF and refreshed it. Nothing works. It keeps coming back. I also looked in the side-install directory, but there were no extensions there. If I remove the extension under the Add-ons Manager, it removes it and I can install it and it installs the correct version and it works until FF restarts and then the 1.5 version shows back up.

Audio Equalizer and Amplifier(https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/audio-equalizer-and-amplifier/) extension on Yandex Music(https://music.yandex.ru/) doesn't work, which was noticed only in Firefox. In other browsers, it worked correctly and without any problems, I don't understand what the problem is. PC rebooted, browser restarted, the extension uninstalled and installed again. How can this be fixed? The extension worked correctly in Chrome and Edge.

I am trying to use the CardDAV Addon to sync my gmail contacts. I installed the addon but it doesn't appear when I go to Tools then Address book and then I go to new and nothing is there for create a new Carddav address book. I hope you can help me!

Some recent update has changed the way extensions function in Firefox. I used to be able to pin my extensions on the toolbar between the account icon and the extension icon on the toolbar. This is REQUIRED for certain extensions to function properly. One example is uBlock; when visiting a site it actively updates the icon letting you know its working and blocking unwanted items. Same with Facebook Container. Password managers such as 1Password also have stopped working for me unless they are pinned to the toolbar. You use to be able to click the extension icon and then see the list of extensions in a window. Now when you click the extension icon it opens to the Recommendations tab of Add-on Manager. You then navigate to extensions and see you enabled extensions but there is no option to pin, only manage/remove/report. I was able to fix this behavior once by completely uninstalling Firefox and then removing the left over folders on the C: drive. Once I reinstalled and went through the initial process of adding the extension, it also asked me if I wanted to pin to the toolbar. To which I said yes and got things working again. After clearing my browser history and cookies, then turning that feature off, it also blew away my pinned extensions. Even after removing the extension and re-adding, I do not get the prompt to pin like I mentioned above. So its seems I may have to go back and uninstall/delete folders/reinstall to get this working again. I see several similar posts so this appears to be either a bug or a very poor design choice on the part of Mozilla.

How do I fix this? I'm not able to use any of my extensions now and really don't want to have to randomly uninstall/reinstall every time this issue happens.

I depend on the add-on quick-folder-move for my everyday work. After updating Thunderbird (mac) to v142, it does not work anymore, albeit I could install a version updated today (August 20), which however does not appear in the shortcut manager of TB and cannot be called. I would be happy to downgrade TB to 141 and retrieve this add-on but fear to lose data. Any help welcome. Gérald

I may have asked this before, When I launch Firefox, it opens the tab to the right of the active tab in the previous session. When I close a tab, it opens the tab to the right.

Am I wrong, or is that precisely the opposite of what you would expect or want?

Can someone please explain the logic of this? Is there anything that can be done about it?

I have this addon Select After Closing Current. Can I get some advice to set it up to work?
