I am not able to click on any buttons and icons in Gmail because I dont see them or they are unclickable.
I am using Firefox, the latest version. I was trying to log in in Chrome and Explorer and I didnt have any problem wiht Gmail. I have tried to reinstall Firefox, twice and also deleted cache and cookies. It didnt work.
I have tried also look to other similiar topics: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1253059 and none of that helped.

Then, for a while, a similar feature was built into Firefox, allowing the easy selection of "AOL Mail" or "AIM" as one of the choices to get to this result. Now, the only webmail link choices that I see listed in Firefox are to Gmail and Yahoo. There is a box to type in others, but I have no idea what to specify to get the AOL "compose/send email page" to be used by Firefox (current version) instead of Gmail or Yahoo. Also, the AOL page that opens should be the "Compose/Send email" page and not the email inbox page! Thank you.

Sometimes - not always - when I send an email it says "Sending" but hangs there and does not end - even after about 30 mins waiting time. The emails are short without an attached file. If I cancel - Sometime I get a message saying Email sent but cannot copy to send directory - and when I ask a recipient they confirm that it was sent BUT Sometimes after the cancel it does end and no email may be sent.
Can someone please advise me on this???

BT Yahoo have altered the design of their webmail pages within the last few days. When I go into the settings to set up a Vacation Response, the page is - well - unresponsive! It won't let me write my message. BT tells me this is because Firefox has installed an update which is causing the problem. Is this true? On their advice I was able to do the vacation response message via the Microsoft Edge browser. Will Firefox be updating to deal with this change or do I have to now access BT Webmail via Edge? I much prefer you guys! I'm not very technical by the way so the troubleshooting info below didn't mean anything to me.

Hi! When I went to my mail today (hotmail) I saw a symbol up in the left corner. It was the lock with a exclamation mark on it. I click on it and then I click on the arrow for more information. It says my connection is not safe. That it's not private. I then click more information ans select "security". I can read about the information but I find no way to change it so it becomes secure and gets the regular green lock without the exclamation mark. I have googled and read a bit but nothing tells me how to change it...

The last Firefox update did not even include Yahoo and a possible browser. I had to go through a bunch of mumbo jumbo I found on another website to find out how to add Yahoo as a browser in Firefox. Here's the news: I have had Yahoo Mail for 15 years. Now I can't access it. I can't even confirm my registration to this forum BECAUSE I CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAIL ACCOUNT. Naturally, this pisses me off.
