browsing website (reddit or amazon for example), the window scrolls to the top every time I move the mouse. doesn't happen all the time though, and only in Firefox. I've serached the internet and can't find anything related. Please help

In Proton Mail, when I receive an email with an picture attached inline, I get the following error message: "Your browser could not verify the remote server's identity. The image might be hosted using the http protocol." Is this issue with settings in Proton or Firefox? How do I fix this? See image below. Thank you.

Hi, so on my office pc I work with firefox. I made an account specifically to store every bookmarks etc on that account so when my company updates something I'll always have my bookmarks. In the Firefox settings, it says "Account disconnected" so I click the sign in button, it opens the Mozilla website, and I successfully sign into my account online. Yet the browser still says disconnected. I've tried a few times. How do I fix this?

I am watching a Twitch video on Firefox. When I open a new Firefox tab and drag it to another monitor, the Twitch video skips forwards about a minute.

I also occasionally notice skips or pauses when I switch from one tab in the same window back to the Twitch playing tab.

Is there any way I could fix these problems?

When I go to update Firefox through the settings > general > firefox updates > check for updates, I am getting the error in the title. I can manually download the app installer and update to the most current version which is what I did for version 125.0.1, yesterday.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling firefox, installing the beta branch, refreshing firefox, running in troubleshooting mode, completely deleting all user firefox files, and I still get the error. No DNS resolver issues to the update server. No firewall issues. No network blocking (tested with other devices).

This issue started after March update to 124.0.1 and continues to current stable release 125.0.1.

This issue also seems to extend to checking for extension updates.

Prior to update 125.0.1 corporate intranet users could download PDF files from our Line of Business applications / Webpages. Today after the latest update the PDF files download but are corrupted. The site was added to the trusted webpage without improvement.

When I watch a youtube video with chrome my cpu usage is 20-30% When I do the same with firefox my cpu usage is 50%

I have set almost all these force renders = True and even granted gpu access to firefox flathub but still no difference in performance. I am asking now because I am just going in circles in the rabbit hole.

In all instances, when I click on a link to view a document on a website, rather than simply pop up to view, the document is downloaded and I am required to save it to my computer. Something in the Firefox settings is preventing the pop-up view from occurring. Not certain where to reset in order to correct this. Please advise
