The last couple weeks any emails from a business only have red horizontal/vertical grid lines. If it says to view or track package it won't let me, do it. If I drag that email over to another folder it acts normal and if I drag it back to my in box it has the red lines. I've checked the emails in the server, they are normal. Also, there is yellow bar at the bottom of the attached email. It acts like a message I'm trying to send because the to is prefilled out with my email address. Hi I was using TB 142 without problems. When upgrading to 143 ou 144.B4 I have problems sending mails to all users after some times. Usually the first mails are sent immediatly but after around 10 mails, I have very slow response (varies from 5 sec to more than 1 minute and sometimes timeout). Usually quitting TB solves the problem but this is very annoying. I went back to 140LTS and sems to have no longer this problem. This was tested on many diffrent networks. I am running under Fedora release 42

Updated to esr 128.14 Now Reddit (Redgifs) Hosting site for gifs crashes Firefox and cripples my PC. I've tried restarting in safe mode, then refreshing Firefox. Nothing is working. Reddit support just has an issue with the Gifs not playing, but nothing as extreme as what iam experiencing. I believe it may be something is preferences or a codec or something that was changed in the recent update. Any advice/ help would be great. Edit: OS is windows 10 latest updates Amd- Ryzen 7/32gig 3.20 ghz PC. So can handle a little bit of heavy browsing.. FF 128.14 esr Ext- Ublock Origin

Hi My local folders disapear, and I got an sugestionfrom Toad-hall, that i followed: Renaming the folder names to shorter names and download from the oficial Thunderbird download. When i removed thunderbird and install agin it works by magic, but each time i close Thunderbird and open it again my local folders are diapeared Kind regards Ole Storm Mikkelsen

When starting a New Message I start typing the recipients name, but Thunderbird stops at the first letter of the name and takes about 20 seconds to respond before bringing up a list of correspondents.

When I click on an Email in the Email-list it will not open in the Mailwindow. Also it will not be marked as read. Same thing with doupleclicking the Mail. It will open the Mail-Tab but it is empty and the Mail is still marked as not yet read. New Mails are downiaded and appear in the Maillist. I´m using Thunderbird 141.0 in Windows 11.

When compacting local folder in thunderbird I get error message ( The folder trash on local folders could not be compacted because writing to folder failed. Verify that you have enough disk space [which I do] ,and that you have write privileges to the file system, then try again.) and nothing will work on thunderbird afterward.

I open TB and everything is fine = about 6 accounts. At some point, all accounts stop showing emails in the right pane. The navigation pane still shows the email count in each account and folder. A message in the right pane says there is no emails to show. The only way to get it back is to close TB and restart it. What is happening and how to fix it????????? W11, TB 1.38.0.0 x64

For the past few weeks, my PC reliably crashed after a few chess games on chess.com with Firefox. GPU and Memory benchmarks are running through without issues, it did crash when starting a Steam game once before, but I wasn't able to find out why. At this point, I'm really curious to learn about what could possibly cause this, but don't really know where to look for it. Really wondering what special thing is happening after a game there that doesn't happen with other websites/browsers. Would really appreciate your help!

Running Wayland on Archlinux 6.15.7 with AM5 CPU and DDR5 memory. Sometimes wondering if it's a graphics issue since my display is connected via the iGPU, but I also have an NVIDIA graphics card installed that I use for games sometimes.

I have read a number of reports of tab crashing, which I have continually. Running 133.0.3 (64-bit) on Win 11 Home 23H2. Very inconsistent crashes, sometime will open new tabs other times it will crash. I have reinstalled no change. I ran refresh, no change and now when I open Firefox I get a message to restore windows. I can't seem to get that message to go away. Any suggestions, especially about the opening message? I have used FF for years and am almost at the point of switching to Chrome. As an aside, also have problems on some websites processing information/orders when using Firefox. No problem when I switch to Chrome. Thanks in advance......

This morning I updated Mozilla Thunderbird to the latest version, see attached image. When I open Thunderbird for 20 seconds I only see a full screen white image for at least twenty seconds, then the program starts normally and everything seems ok. In previous versions it never happened 100%. There is definitely a bug in this version. Hopefully we will have an update soon that will make everything okay again. I have been using this software for years without any problems, until now. Thank you. Rossano Zanga, SUI.

Do Mozilla really have no idea why their browser is considered a better alternative to other browsers? Why do they insist on making their browser WORSE for the sake of jumping on the latest stupid tech trend!? Some new tech that makes everything it's used in perform considerably worse? Oh boy sounds like the perfect thing for firefox! If this keeps up I'm looking into a browser that's at least more open about the fact it doesn't care.

Hello, I am unable to see my email messages in the panel. I do see the number of emails that I have, but unable to open anything. Has something major happened with Thunderbird? The email function was working fine and the next morning, all of my messages in the panel disappeared.

Ich nutze Thunderbird seit Jahrzehnten. Nun ist mir zum zweiten Mal etwas passiert, das zum Verlust meiner eingehenden E-Mails geführt hat. Ich habe die Komprimmierungsanfrage bestätigt, und danach war der Sendeordner leer, und die Daten eines Jahres waren weg. Eine Reparatur ist nicht möglich, IMAP-Konto. Letztes Jahr passierte dasselbe, E-Mails von vor 10 Jahren waren verschwunden, nur im Sendeordner. Alle anderen Ordner sind in Ordnung. Was ist das Problem? Nie wieder Komprimierung zulassen? Das ist unglaublich ärgerlich. Viele Dinge sind unersetzlich. Wie kann ich das in Zukunft verhindern? Warum betrifft das nur den Sendeordner eines Kontos?

I play games via android on PC using MuMu emulator, However the text becomesdistorted/cut off and little patches of colorful static patches appear when I scroll up or down. This is a problem on EVERY emulator I tried so far. This includes Memu and bluestacks as well as MuMu. They are ALL updated and I run the emulator using 8 core 16GB ram with DirectX and medium graphic settings. I tried low graphics and high and Max graphics all same issue. I tried using Vulkan and even the lowest graphic engine and SAME issue. This started happening after one of your updates but not sure which one because I just started using emulators again after many years of looking for emulator that does not bombard u with bloody Ad's..

Would appreciate it MUCH if you can fix this issue so I can use firefox to search for apk apps and games, I WILL NOT use anything that is based of Chrome aka Chromium (also a known in MANY verisons as a VERY dangerous and destructive malware/virus) and I also found a hidden remote access plugin on PC version too.

I been a devout Mozilla firefox user since firefox version was still in single digits, aka Ver 3.6 (example, I started at around Ver 5.x or 6.x hard to remember)..

He said its down to some update which for some reason I dont have but in the attached image, he is able to add his own wallpaper in nightly but I am not for some reason. Would love some support

I am running TB. Using the Windows Performance Monitor, the usage jumps from 30% to 90% and then 100% once TB is open. I am running 1.128.14.0esr (64-bit). I have the before and after screenshots of the CPU, see attached. Is this known behaviour?

I tried the steps at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiling-thunderbird-performance to record. The Multiprocess Browser Toolbox window hung the 2nd time (the first time, nothing happened after Capture recording), then I left it 20 minutes and came back to the message that we were unable to connect to the browser within 30 seconds. 我的邮件客户端为128.7.1，用的时IMAP协议。在客户端界面显示收件箱（包括收件箱下级文件夹）总共大小为78GB,但是在%appdata%中的thunderbird文件夹却有恐怖的795GB！！！我尝试压缩收件箱但显示只压缩了7.5GB。。有人知道这是什么问题吗？我应该怎样减小%appdata%中的thunderbird文件夹的大小？谢谢。
