My phone has died and I have Miles of history data collections very important that is that I want to be able to access on my new phone I have downloaded Firefox and it will not bring anything at all across even though it's recognized my sign in my email my photo

I notice two account logged into my Mozilla account one is - Firefox mobile 130 - android 14 And the other is - Firefox on Samsung SMA146W

They both saw a few seconds but in the activity section I see a login time different of 1-2 minutes

I've been having problems with my mac regarding authorized access but i can't pinpoint it. Another example is my wifi network app will show my phone connecting to it with it being present multiple times. Like my phones will be listed 2 or 3 times as online.

I'm so confused. Any help would be appreciated

Sync to Android phone broken

I've had no issues with Firefox Sync on desktop but frequent issues on Android.

Yesterday, it failed in a different way, announcing that I needed to sign into Sync. I've tried a dozen times yesterday and today using both QR scan and email confirmation. All fail in various ways. For example:

  • After scanning QR code: "500 Error Oh dear, something went wrong there"
  • After scanning QR code: "Pairing not successful. Error while creating the pairing channel"
  • After scanning QR code and approving on mobile device and desktop, desktop says success, but phone stays on "Approval now required from your other device" Interestingly this page isn't open in the normal browser. If I click the three dot menu, it says "POWERED BY FIREFOX, Open in Firefox"
  • After going through all the steps and it saying "You're signed into Firefox," yet when I go to share a tab, it asked me to sign in.

Any tips on getting Firefox Sync to work? I don't see any troubleshooting sections in the online help articles.

My phone was in middle of crashing so I got a back up plan with Goog one , however they lost almost everything. Lost passwords etc. Had to reset my Firefox password, didn't have my account recovery key before, lost with Goog, now I have found my Account Recovery key returned, couldn't find anywhere in my account that shows where to enter the Key to recover saved data in Firefox, clicked on forgot password after trying my real password to no avail. Where do I enter recovery key. Email I got MozillaFirefox only said I can now use Mozzila Support said nothing about account recovery. Thank you

So on a fresh macos install logging in to sync my addons/bookmarks etc isn't working. It either directs my to a setting on mobile that doesn't exist, or just says "account disconnected" and prompts to log back in - even though I'm already logged in! It's driving me a bit mad tbh. Any ideas what's happening?
