I wanted to open firefox and a new window for new firefox open but did not suggest me to sync my old bookmarks. instead it only asked me if i wanted to sync with chrome browser only. why was i not allowed to save old bookmarks before new firefox updated.

When typing a long search string in a new tab (Google search) which goes out to the right I can't see what I'm typing. Scrolling to the right is extremely laggy and can take seconds for each word. Tried this with the Chrome search bar and the Android settings search, the issue doesn't happen there.

Am not able to search from address bar. Input sits a second then Startpage appears from the home page with the start bar.

Also, where exactly do I access java script. about config does not do anything because I cannot search from address bar? Or is it disabled on this version which, according to info I found Beta and Nightly have the about config option.

Last, this is a brand new account so it might not show up.

I have a firefox account that I use for work, which was created with my personal email address - "email"@"personalDomain".co.uk. When I try to log in using it I get a message saying that "personalDomain.co.uk" is not a valid email address. How can I log into my account which was created using this email address? The email address is valid and active, and I do have access to it.

Hello! I'm having an issue specifically in Firefox Developer Edition only. Whenever I set a video to go fullscreen from any domain/service, little strips on the top of left of the fullscreen video show my desktop (shown in attached screenshot). I've tested this in regular Firefox as well as Google Chrome and fullscreen videos work just fine on both of those browsers.

Before this current version update, this problem would happen the first time putting a video in fullscreen, but every subsequent attempt during the same browser session would not have the issue. However, I'm now unable to achieve a true fullscreen video in Firefox Developer Edition no matter how many times I try.

Currently on version 145.0b3 (64-bit)

I GOT TIRED OF FREQUENT FIREFOX CRASHES (C0000005) IN BOTH THE 64-BIT AND 32-BIT DESKTOP VERSIONS. I HAVE BEEN USING THE 64-BIT VERSION IN WINDOWS 11 (I HAVE A HIGH-END SAGER LAPTOP WITH 32GB RAM. I INSTALLED THE FREQUENT FIREFOX UPDATES BUT THE PROBLEN PERSISTED EVER SINCE VERSIONS 42X WERE RELEASED. I TRIED THE 32-BIT VERSION BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. FINALLED, I TRIED THE DEVELOPER VERSION: NO MORE CRASHES! I READ THE RESPONSES FROM YOUR CLUELESS STAFF TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME TROUBLE. THIS IS NOT A WINDOWS ERROR; THIS IS A FIREFOX APPLICATION ERROR. MAYBE SOME OF YOUR FIREFOX DEVELOPER CODERS SHOULD ASSIST THE 32-BIT AND 64-BIT DEVELOPERS. I tried to use a ftp link setting firefox as the default ftp app, not realizing firefox no longer supports ftp. I am unable to reset the default app and can't find the setting to do so. I downloaded filezilla and wish to set it to be the default app for ftp. Can someone help me with this? Before anyone suggests it, resetting firefox to default settings is not an option.

Getting a weird issue. When I open Firefox Beta, if it is not already running it loses focus on Firefox and pops open the Google Play Store over the top of Firefox on its Firefox Beta page. It's doing this consistently and repeatably. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G on the latest update of Android 14.

Whether a person clicks the fullscreen indicator or types F on the keyboard, the cursor will remain on screen as the video is playing until it is again moved. This also affects video played through the browser on steampowered.com. This issue appeared as of 143 and is still going strong in 144. This seems to be macOS specific as I am not noticing this behaviour on the Windows client. Could be a conflict with Tahoe.. I don't really know at this point.

There used to be a website where you could fire off a 'Firefox made me happy/sad' which is where I would've preferred to send this. So, have other people encountered this issue? And if so, are there any lasting solutions beyond wiggling the mouse?

Hello why my firefox installation 1440b6 64 bit on windows 10 do not autocomplete the third field in a form login ..

namely , username and identification password are correctly filled , but the third field (that in my case are named "company ID") would not, it remain empty, and i need to manually fill in each time. Actually this happen only on a one site , but may be because only this site that i use have a three field to fill in the login page...all the others need only password and username

Good morning, I'm running Firefox Developer Edition 143.0b6 on Linux Mint 22.1. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that when moving tabs on the left-hand side they'll instantly get locked into an inscrutable and seemingly impossible to fix "pinned mode". Is there a way to turn this off? It is driving me crazy. I've looked through Settings > General > Tabs and about:config and didn't see anything relevant. If anyone has run into this or knows a workaround, I’d be grateful to hear it.
