Hi I have lost all my browsing history and nothing I browse is saved. Also all my bookmarks have disappeared and I can't save anything even clicking on the star doesn't do anything I have quite a bit of stuff bookmarked, can you help? The browsing history and my bookmarks seemed to disappear at the same time.

I have hundreds of bookmarks imported from Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox on older computers. Many of the bookmarks are duplicates, and many located in different, misnamed sub-folders should be moved to more relevant folders.

The bookmark manager is not the easiest tool to use for reorganizing bookmarks because the Results Detail section changes its focus each time a bookmark file is dragged to a different folder or sub-folder. This forces the user to bounce back and forth in the Bookmark Manager in attempts to find the sub-folder they cleaning up.

If the contents of the Bookmark Manager could be downloaded as a CSV file or spreadsheet; more query tools could be implemented to reorganize the data. Once that is accomplished; the Bookmark Manager could be purged and the organized data could be reinstalled. That would make the Bookmark Manager operate more efficiently and therefore more quickly.

I have a profile backup from C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles and i have copied. trying to paste in another machine doesn't work. Could you kindly help me to restore the profile.

Hi, I want to sync firefox. between my mac book pro and mac air. THe instructions I find on the web don't work. I don't see a sync and save date choice in my menu

i had setup a new windows and when i tried to sync my Firefox data i found nothing and all my bookmarks and passwords was lost.

Need help finding my old bookmarks on my hard drive that might have been erased when I did a reset Windows 10 install. Unfortunately, I had to restore my hard drive, and the Windows 10 tech advisor didn't tell me to save my Firefox bookmarks before I started the restore process. But the bookmarks might still be somewhere on my computer? And I don't think I ever created a Firefox account. So I don't think Firefox saved them.

I have lost all of my bookmarks, bookmark tool bar after Firefox's last update. I have spent the last day trying to recover what has been lost but I am having no luck in getting everything back in place. I have tirelessly gone over all your possible remedies and get no results. I can't even send a message to Mozilla through their help messaging system. My only recourse appears to start using another web browser. If I can't talk to someone who can help guide me through a mess I did not cause, then I am forced to find another company that is responsive to my problems. Today randomly i noticed that my bookmark bar is waaay shorter out of the blue, i didn't change or adjust anything, all i do is the updates from mozilla that's all, it was all music it really saddens me because atm it's lost forever, i hope somebody can help me (i don't know since when it disappered i literally just noticed it right now ...)

I had to factory reset my computer and when i re-downloaded Firefox and logged in my bookmarks where no where to be found. I've look through some the the fixes and they don't seem to work is there anyway to recover my bookmarks?

Can someone help me recover my previous session. I restarted my computer, I force quit firefox before so I would restore. I restored and only one or two of the four pages I had open (with a bunch of tabs open in each).

I cant use the restore previous history tab cause its grey...

I had a number of tabs open when my phone rang. After the call I checked the browser, and most of the tabs were gone. Usually there is an option to "restore previous session" in History, but it is not there now. I would like to go back to that previous session. Is there a way to do that?
