When I pay with a credit card, Firefox asks me every time whether I want to update the expiration date. It doesn't matter how I respond; it will ask me the same question the next time. Furthermore, the saved expiration date is never actually used to help fill out the form.

Hi, I have Firefox for Android running on my Samsung Galaxy S23 and the windows version on my PC. Both are logged in to the same Firefox account and are syncing fine. On my PC, the password manager is working as expected and autofilling website passwords.

However, on my phone, I can't seem to get the autofill to work. I have been needing to go into the password manager and copy the password every time. It will ask to save the password and the password manager has everything stored as expected. Tried various things like logging in and logging out but nothing has fixed it. I did notice that Samsung Pass often pops up during the website login process and was wondering if this could be the reason Firefox password manager is not working for autofill.

In the last month or so I'm having an issue where using autofill multiple times on a web form causes some of the autofilled inputs to disappear.

For example, if I autofill my contact info first, when I go to autofill my payment information, my contact info disappears. If I try to re-autofill my contact info, then my payment info disappears.

The lost autofill inputs still leave behind yellow boxes as if still containing the autofill text, but the boxes are empty and submitting forms like this will fail, so I'm certain the autofilled information is being removed and not simply going invisible or something.

Firefox has my credit card information and it shows up in a window when I go to pay for something, but when I click on the credit card I want to pay with, the details appear on the form but get removed almost instantly.

I am in UK. It was working until recently.

I cant add payment methods, i have to triple tab the search bar before the browser reacts, i dont have these problems anywhere else, on top of that no actual support

Using payment cards my saved card has the correct date when I look at saved cards. When I use the payment option and select the card offered it puts in an incorrect date (-6 years). I chage this manually and it asks to update the card details, to which I answer 'Yes'. When I go to use it again the same scenario plays out.

Any idea wy this would be, I've flushed the cache and memory but still the same.

I use an iMac and Macbook Pro. Autofill that used to work is no longer working on both of these when I go to USPS.com and sign up for updates on packages. It use to fill in my name on the top line and on the bottom line, it would fill in my email.

What can I do to get this feature back? It stopped working around the beginning of 2025.

Changed behavior of autofill is a small thing. A few weeks ago, I could enter the first few letters of a site and then down arrow to choose one from the list. Down arrow no longer works here.

A significantly bigger issue allowing a website to open a window or tab or popup. There used to be two buttons when this happens, allow and always allow. Always allow is no longer a choice. I have to click allow every single time I go to that web site. Since two of those sites are the enrollment and learning management systems where I work, I'm doing that 20 times a day. If disappearing the always allow button was a design decision, it was a bad one.

I want to edit my auto-fill data, I suspect it may have errors. How do I get to see and edit the auto-fill data that has been entered into my browser? I have looked and can't locate this info.

Autofill keeps bringing up an old email address as a choice when logging onto website accounts. When I accessed 'Autofill' under 'Settings,' there was no choice for email addresses (see circled area on photo). Is this not a feature, or am I in the wrong place? If this isn't a feature, I would like to suggest this addition.

I logged onto a hotel site with Firefox and when I progressed to enter my name, the autofil came up with 4 names that weren't mine. The top two are people I do not know and are not included in my contacts. The bottom two are people I know but are not on my contacts in this format at all. Is this a security concern?

I also failed to get my two factor authentication code when trying to access Mozilla so have had to set up a new account to make this message. I am concerned about security issues relating to both of these.

On my windows 11 computer My email used to auto-fill my email and about a month ago it stopped. I am not sure if I did something or it was some update. do you have any suggestions?
