received email saying that I haven't used mozilla in 2 years and will be dropped in Feb.
I use firefox every day. Is this email real? It was sent to an almost inactive address that I don't use.

Hello!
Everytime I open Thunderbird it asks me to authenticate an old mail account that 1) has already been deleted and 2) isn't visible anywhere within Thunderbird - so I since I don't even see the old account anymore, I can't delete it and don't know what to do. I have deleted the SMTP server that was related to the deleted mail account. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird - the message still shows up.
I hope someone will be able to help me. :) Thank you!

I received an email at an email account I don't use for my Mozilla Firefox, thus why seems suspicious and strange to me. So I researched it here and saw the answer to another persons same question. I did go and check, I am logged in. Firefox is my primary and I use it constantly. Also on my phone and tablet, same account. As I write this, I have about 15 tabs open and active. The email associated to my account is not the same as the one I got this email at. The email I got it in, I use for solicitation, signing up for things and things I don't trust. This is what the email stated (same info as what was posted by the other person that got this same post) I copied and paste vs. Screen shot... so the Mozilla logo didn't show up. MIND YOU, I HAVE NEVER GONE 2 YEARS WITH NOT BEEN ACTIVE ON FIREFOX. AND I ONLY HAVE ONE ACCOUNT. PLEASE ADVISE --- The email they sent it to is [email removed]@gmail.com

I have a Suddenlink.net email account that I can't seem to install. Suddenlink has been purchased by Optimum. I have all the requirements that Optimum has given, but it still won't load. my email address is dluenser@suddenlink.net. My password is correct because I can go to their site and get my emails. These are the requirements that they gave me. Again, it is a suddenlink account. Can you help? I've tried numerous times to work with Optimum techs, but they are not knowledgeable to what I should do.

If your email client has the option or checkbox that says My outgoing server requires authentication this will need to be checked along with use same settings as my incoming mail server.

I want to sync up my devices, both of which are logged in to my mozilla account. In the settings, there is an option to "Connect Another Device". This prompts me to scan a QR code within the firefox mobile app.
Unfortunately, the option to scan a QR code does not seem to exist in the current version of the app. In the sync settings, there is no way to open a QR code scanner. Opening it via the camera or icon in the URL bar on the app brings me to a page saying "you have to do this within the firefox app!".
The only solution I've found is to log out of my mobile app, then I unlock the option to scan a QR code to log me back in. I'm sure this is not intentional behaviour; I suppose this is more of a bug report than a support request but I wasn't sure where to post this.

I was unable to install Thunderbird download, as Windows prevented it. I believe this is due to the fact that my laptop was given to me, and not registered in my name. I therefore opened an email account with tutu, after donating $41 USD to Mozilla. I wish to stop this payment please. Hi,
When I got up this morning, I receved an email that a new device was logged in to my firefox account before an hour or so.
All my passwords are synced to firefox account. I am afraid and want to know what all information is stolen. I immediately removed old devices from accounts page under connected services. However, I see peculiar - 'unknown' device which I can not sign out.
Ok, so my account is blocked and I do not know why, I want it unblocked please, send me link verification or anything to get it unlocked. Thank you!
