I can create a Firefox account with outlook.com and gmail.com but not hey.com. The verification code is never being sent. I have checked that this is not being filtered or screened out by Hey. Is there any known issue from Mozilla?

This was for a non-public extension that I wanted to get signed, the email I received said that it was automatically screened and tentatively signed and that I could find the file on a link, but clicking on that link sent me to this site which is obviously non-existent.

You took this without prior warning and letting me know what it is for. I will probably cancel this if you are not forth coming and if you dont answer I will put PayPal on the case. So please get back to me asap. Many Thanks Barclay N Langridge

I noticed a yellow flag at the top of my Firefox screen, clicked on it, and found a message that my account was disconnected. In order to restore it, I had to sign into Mozilla, and I was prompted to re-sync my mobile account, as well. Then I saw that I had not received any email during the 5 hours before I did this. What would become of email sent to me while my account was disconnected?

I have 1 firefox account, and two different outlook mail accounts. How can I keep both email accounts open simultaneously?

First I open a firefox private window, and then i open a MS Outlook email instance, disabling all optional cookies.

Then I open a second private Firefox instance, and when I open the second MS Outlook instance (cookies disabled like above), the MS account auto-opens the account I already opened. If I sign out of the second instance, the first instance also closes. I sign in to the second instance with the other MS Outlook account, the first MS account (in the previously opened private window) opens to the second MS outlook account.

I want to have both MS outlook accounts open simultaneously. I was able to do this in Windows 10. What changed, and how do I get the Windows 10 (preferred) behavior back?

Thanks

A few months ago, I filled a feedback survey on Firefox, and at the end of the survey it contained an option to check if I was interested in pariticipating in a follow-up study with a researcher from Firefox, and it was promised a financial compesation for my time.

I received an follow-up email today (from fx-researchteam@mozilla.com), talking about the recent survey I took and that I specified that I would like to do a follow-up interview, specifying available dates, interview duration (~60 minutes), and so on. It contained with a survey link from qsurvey.mozilla.com. The survey asked basic personal informations like email, name, gender, nothing too suspicious. Also, they specified they could paypal me $150 as a thanks for my time and feedback.

I saw someone received the same type of email and people claimed it as legit (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1442740), but the email that sent the survey was a different email (from firefoxresearch@mozilla.com).

All I'm asking is if Mozilla does conduct such interviews, and also pay people for their time... if this is not a scam or something...

Hello. I have a question out of curiosity regarding Mozilla accounts. Suppose I'm at my aunt's house and need to use her PC to retrieve just one password from my Firefox account. Is there a way to access that password without importing all of my account data into her browser?

I’ve tried logging into my account in a private window, but it still imported everything. In the case of Chrome, Google has a Password Manager that lets you access individual passwords without syncing or importing all data to the browser. Does Mozilla have a similar feature? If accessing a single password is possible, why does it seem so difficult? And if it isn't, why is that the case?

Kind regards, Wiktor

I upgraded to Windows 11 on a new machine a few days ago. Had to re-install all my software from scratch.

I just discovered I can’t create subfolders. Not sure long the problem has existed (I don’t create subfolders very often).

I tried creating a subfolder on several different top level folders, on multiple accounts (Hotmail & Gmail). The "name new folder" dialog never appeared. No error message appeared, either.

Windows Task Manager shows 2% CPU usage, and 21% memory in use.

Firefox

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I reinstalled windows on my PC. I had to password reset because I forgot it and then it made my login back on my phone. I go through the login process on my phone and I first get my Email verification then I get my Auth app and it tells me it was logged in, but doesn't actually log me in. It does this both on my phone and PC now so I am trying to get logged in on my phone to be able to bring my bookmarks over.
