Hi, i locked my pc few days ago due to smart windows not recognizing my ( correct password ) repeatedly. anyway, im still trying to find a way to solve this issue.

now, i created an admin windows account get access to my old user files, found the bookmarks file. the only thing left for me now is the passwords file.i did not a Firefox online account before today

the only way currently if i did not solve the wind10 login issue is the find the passwords file physically just like i did with the bookmarks file.

can anyone help with this ??

Hello. I have put my language everywhere on the settings which is latvian. For possible translations i have only put english. Some pages, for example, whatsapp web is showing in russian ( i mean the app data for sure, not the messages), also some homepages i use open automatically in russian. How can i put latvian by default or if its not available for the homepage, put english automatically?

When I activate a quick filter (like "Show only unread"), a count of the number of messages is added to the right end of the filter bar. This means all the buttons move to the left, so I have to move the cursor toggle it off again. This is incredibly annoying and unintuitive.

Is there a way to modify this behavior so that toggle buttons don't move when they're pressed?

Collecting mail one day, I received a Thunderbird message 'compact now'. After the compact process, some mailboxes are missing. How do I re-instate these deleted mailboxes?

Firefox for Android does not follow system theme changes i.e. dark to light.

Discovered on Samsung Galaxy A22, Android 14 and Firefox 124.2.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure Android to automatically switch themes. For Samsung Galaxy this is Settings - Dark Mode Settings - Turn on as scheduled
2. Wait until Android toggles theme from dark to light.
3. Notice Firefox has a black border.
4. Go into Application info for Firefox and force stop, then reopen
5. Now notice it doesn't.

Mozilla has been having issues loading USPS.gov site, tracking packages and informed delivery pages since last week. Switch to Safari and no issue.

I am running Thunderbird 115.10.1 on an up-to-date Windows 11 machine. I have 2 email accounts (VirginMedia and Gmai)l. When I look at the drop-down list from the top-level folders on these accounts the VirginMedia account does not offer "New Folder", but the Gmail account does. I can create new folders via the VirginMedia webmail, but not via Thunderbird. This is a problem which I have had for some months, coping with it by resorting to webmail.

I need major help, please.

I am getting the attached messages when trying to send an email. Thunderbird worked perfectly yesterday morning, but then would not send any emails. I get emails, but cannot send from my 2 accounts.

I am on the latest version of Thunderbird, Supernova 115.10.1

Also, I cannot find out where to change my password for the accounts, because at times I need to fill in a password. I can't find it.

I just started using Firefox again this week and I'd like to know if there's any option or add-on for Firefox mobile to have better video playback control like Samsung Internet with (video assistant) or an option to open with an external player, I've looked but can't find any way to have better playback controls. I love Firefox and want to keep using, but this is a huge feature for me.

I am having older Thunderbird 102.13.1 and when i input into a search field for example: 37.19.223. or "37.19.223." or "37\.19\.223\." it always stupidly and uselessly output tons of messages that contains unrelated IPs:

([76.223.177. [10.223.144.96]

highlighting number 223 as if i have searched just for this number 223

I think that it is reasonable to expect from TB to output only search results where email contains 37.19.223. without any hack, escaping or regex or whatever (if you know a workaround, please kindly share it).

Maybe newer TB works better? Anyone tried? If it works same way, can you please kindly ask developers to fix this?

Please see the attached screenshot. I get this popup EVERY TIME I open FireFox. I've tried a number of different suggested "fixes" from Google Searches with no success.

I want this popup GONE.

I get this Error message when I try to send emails from my outlook email address in Thunderbird. My Password is correct, and has not been changed recently.

Any ideas please ?

This AM I was able to check / get e-mail five (5) or more times. Then clicking 'Get Mail' displays; connecting to mail.duo-county.com After 15-20 seconds connection to server mail.duo-county.com; Timed Out

I know of NO changes to any setting. When our e-mail was set up, we were told to set we were told to use Pop-3. Our ISP, who does NOT use NOR 'know' TB said we should be using IMAP, could NOT help review nor doing anything without risking ALL folders - files-data!

PLEASE help ASAP. Since we can't get - check mail I'm LOST! My spouse's e-mail is wpj@duo-county.com

When you added a bookmark to a site in Firefox there used to be an option that when you hovered over the bookmark a dropdown would appear showing recent changes or additions to the site (see attached). It doesn't seem to be there any more - is there any means of restoring it? Thank you.

Hello people of Firefox,

I'm attempting to deploy Mozilla to our android devices using MDM but need to be able to use our organization's Certificates.

I know I can manually go into the secret menu and set it to use third party CAs and that works but when deploying to over 500 devices that's not feasible...

Is there any configuration keys I can access to be able to remotely configure the application to use third-party CAs? (These are normally referred to as key-value pair)
