When I try to open several websites at one time or multiples of same site which I always could do until now the program simply replaces the first with the next. Unable to move from one to the other at random which denies me the benefit of cross checks of data.

In lat June my bookmarks completely disappeared. I have tried everything that has been suggested by Mozilla help, and nothing has worked. I even deleted completely Spyware Doctor which Mozilla states is causing issues with bookmarks- even uninstalling Spyware Doctor has not worked. What do I do now? When I tried to reinstall saved bookmarks I still get the "unable to process" popup window. What is gooing on here?

I've added a site to the exceptions list for the pop up blocker. The web site is in the form of an IP address. It works fine during the session, but when I close Firefox the exceptions list is cleared. I didn't see anything in the Options that would cause this, but I do have my privacy setting locked down pretty tight. I'm also using the add-ons Better Privacy, Ghostery and Adblock Plus. Does this sound like a settings problem, or something else? Firefox version: 3.6.6

I cannot get any of the zoom functions to work, period. When Firefox starts up it begins to display the page then it stops and redisplays it. So its like it flashes on for a second then completely regoes to the site, any site. The text zooms dont work even when i try to change the font on the content tab, nothing. I have reinstalled firefox still no luck help,!!!!!

How can I display the "menus line" again after I choose not to display it from the display menu?

I wanted full screen so I checked? or unchecked some of the bars by rt. clicking the top blue bar, to give me more space on the screen, I thought if you clicked the top blue bar the options to restore the search bar and tool bar would be there. They weren't! There now is no way to restore the url, search and tool bars.

I can't open my Firexox browser and as I understand, upgrading to a new ff version will fix this problem and keep my settings and bookmarks as well. But how do I upgrade if I can't open my browser?

Alternately I could create a new profile of my current FF version and transfer my settings, but I have to close my current FF session which I can't do without accessing my browser which in turn won't open.

Either way I'm in a catch-22. Is there a solution for either issue?

firefox use to have the spelling check when ever we wright wong spelling but after upadting this i m not getting the service . I have taken english(british)browser.

When I open Firefox, the help questionnaire pops up. I click on cancel and close. Then the Firefox help page comes up for me to ask a question. If I try to close it, the questionnaire pops up again. It is an endless cycle. I cannot get to my home page, bookmarks, or anything. How do I stop this?

When I change explorer to larger text, every page is in the same size print. Using foxfire I have to use zoom to increase print size. Your instructions to use tools, options, advanced, fonts, does not fix the problem. Evidently, many others have the same problem I do.

I changed from Firefox 3.0.19 to 3.66 and now I get no more websites. Do you can help me? With kind regards E. Bubeck

When I respond to another forum user I click on the respond link in the email I receive. Next I read the message that I received. Next I check respond with same subject and write my message and fill out the necessary information. When I send the message the system will not allow me to send the message saying I have to have a subject. When I scroll back up the page I do not see any editable fields to write a subject in so the only way I have found to respond is to completely start over with a new question. My concern with this is first I am not responding directly to the person that addressed me and second for whatever reason I put a subject on the new message that is a little different the system might sort it as a completely different tag and not even be associated with the original subject. Does any one know how to correctly respond to someone who either helps them or has a question?

I set up Firefox Sync but did not enter a secret phrase. Now Sync wont allow me to log in. How can I get in to rectify this issue and why is it even possible to do it in the 1st place?

My computer tech suspected a virus problem so he wiped my computer back to original settings and then reloaded my files back onto computer. When he did this my long list of bookmarks were all gone and I don't know how to get them back.
